Fonds consists of records documenting the history and activities of Camp Tanamakoon. Records include song books, brochures, forms, camp activity resources, a large set of slides, photographs, videos, photo albums, scrapbooks, and uniforms. Fonds is arranged by format in five series: Textual materials, CDs and DVDs, photograph albums and scrapbooks, slides, and uniforms. See series and file descriptions for more information.

Sin títuloThe grasses scrapbook was compiled by Catharine Parr Traill for her friend James Fletcher and given to him 12 January 1894. The inside cover has the following inscriptions: "Grasses from Stony Lake gathered and mounted by Cathe Parr Traill - Aged 92 years." These specimens are from the Island of Minne Wa-Wa and Otter Island. July-September 1893" and "With Mrs.Traill's kind wishes to her much valued and esteemed friend James Fletcher F.S.L.S. & etc. January 12th, 1894". The scrapbook consists of 20 pages, 18 of which have pressed grasses, from the Stoney Lake area of the Island of Minne Wa-Wa and Otter Island, glued onto them. Also included in the scrapbook is a specimen list of the grasses and a photocopy of an article, entitled "Grasses from Stony Lake Gathered and Mounted by Cathe Parr Traill - Aged 92 Years". The article was written by William G. Dore and published in The Ontario Naturalist in 1966.
The framed mosses were gathered by Catharine Parr Traill in the Stoney Lake area. Prior to the Archives receiving this addition, the pages were taken apart, mounted and framed in two frames each containing three pages of mosses; one medium frame containing "Sedges & grass, with mosses, from the bank below the garden at Westove. Gathered and arranged for Katie. With Grandmother's dear love. Oct. 24th, 1889"; and one small frame with Traill's autograph.
Sin títuloThis fonds consists of materials on the American Canoe Association, compiled by Jean Cole for research on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Regatta at Juniper Point, Stoney Lake. The compilation consists of copies of papers from the American Canoe Association Book, 1883; copies of articles from the Peterborough Examiner concerning the Stoney Lake Meet in 1883 and a 1976 map produced by the Stoney Lake Cottagers Association with an accompanying booklet listing property owners on the lake and the lot locations. Also included in the collection are copies of American Canoe Association yearbooks (1938-1947), some badges, a belt buckle and membership cards.

Also included are an oversized poster used on the pickets and a copy of the new three-year collective agreement between TUFA and the Trent University Board of Governors ending the strike.
This addition to the fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, brochures, photographs and audio cassettes of the Ontario Camping Association.

Original correspondence from sister unions in Canada is included as well as large volumes of correspondence from the American headquarters of each local. In addition there are several original minute books, secretaries' books, and treasurer's reports for the locals. Published material includes circulars, by-laws, rules of order and constitutions. There are also records dealing with the Peterborough Trades and Labour Council (1902), the Labour Educational Association of Ontario, the Trades and Labour Congress of Canada and the American Federation of Labour, material from the latter two being mostly in the form of circular-type letters.
