This fonds consists of a dedication program for the cenotaph honouring the heroes of the Great War (World War I) in Millbrook on June 23, 1921. There is also a photograph of the Millbrook Lacrosse Team of 1881 who were the Champions of Central Ontario. The photograph has a list of names affixed to the back of it.

Included in the album are newspaper clippings relating to Stoney Lake Regatta. Photographs of Mount Rushmore, Catalina, Yellowstone Park and La Jolla Beach can also be found in this collection.
Oak Ridge CampThis addition to the fonds consists of 46 glass slides depicting a variety of camp scenes: people and activities, waterfront programme, visitors, sports day and other events. All of the slides were taken at Camp Pine Crest.
Camp Pine CrestThis fonds consists of letters between Dr. C.E. Cooper Cole and his life-long friend, Frank Morris (classics scholar and botanist) related to Ontario wildlife, wildflowers (especially orchids), camping and cottaging.

The fonds has minutes of the Tamarack Association, correspondence, form letters, bulletins, photographs, financial statements, inventories, accounts, reports, camp programmes, menus, brochures, insurance policies, construction proposals, Public Health Department licenses and reports, minutes of the Camp Services Co-operative and other information regarding school camping and the Boy Scouts of Canada.
Camp TamarackThis fonds consists of photocopies of the Ernest Thompson Seton papers from the American Museum of Natural History, New York, and the Seton Museum, New Mexico. Also included are photocopies of articles about Seton and research notes for Professor John Wadland's thesis "Ernest Thompson Seton: Man in Nature and the Progressive Era, 1880-1915." Also contained within the fonds are original records and brochures, photographs, and slides.

Also included is an 8 mm film of Windy Pine (3 minutes, silent, colour), featuring Flora Morrison and her dog Charlie at Driftwood cabin, Windy Pines in the 1970s (also copied on DVD), and 2 photographs, one of which is of Mary Northway.

Banks, MarlowThis fonds consists of administrative papers of the OCLC, and includes lists of staff members as well as delegates for programs. It also includes an extensive collection of staff photos as well as photos of camp buildings, etc. Also included are maps of the camp, and papers related to programs.
Ontario Camp Leadership Centre (Bark Lake, Ontario)This addition to the fonds consists of personal and career-related materials of Mary L. Northway such as cassettes with interviews, family wills, photographs and slides, an honorary doctorate from Trent University, correspondence and documents regarding the transfer of deed of Windy Pine property to Trent University, materials relating to camping and to Nominigan as well as copies of Mary Northway's publications. There are also business-related photographs, correspondence, etc. of John Northway, Mary Northway's grandfather. One file of papers regarding the Neathern Trust was added in 1992.

Camp InawendawinThis addition to the fonds consists of correspondence, interview tapes and drafts of manuscripts written by Scott Young such as Powerplay: The Memoirs of Hockey Czar Alan Eagleson and The Boys of Saturday Night. The fonds also includes interview tapes of Don Cherry, Ron Harrison, Bill Hewitt, and other hockey coaches, players and team owners. There is also an autographed copy of War on Ice; personal correspondence and greeting cards. We have copied out Scott's famous spaghetti sauce recipe (see note below).
Young, ScottThis fonds consists of newspaper clippings, notes, etc. regarding a canoeing accident at Balsam Lake Camp in 1926, as well as correspondence, articles, etc. on Balsam Lake. This fonds also contains two photos, one of Rev. Delaney, and one of the northwest shore of Balsam Lake.
Delaney, Reverend LloydThis fonds consists of Young Women's Christian Association scrapbooks from 1976-1993, and a photograph of the YWCA swim club "The Silver Finnettes" from the 1930's.
