File consists of photographs of Timothy Porteus (1933-2020). Porteus was an associate director and director of the Canada Council.

This fonds consists of photographs of individual members of the Port Hope Fortieth Regiment from approximately 1885.

The fonds consists of a collection of postcards, letters and photographs relating to people and events in Port Hope and vicinity (up to and including Bewdley and Bailieboro); including correspondence to Henry White.

This fonds is similar to Port Hope miscellanea fonds with correspondence, bills, receipts, promissory notes, area railways and transportation, political advertisements, Ontario Lacrosse Association Certificate, one letter of Clifford Sifton, military material, summons, writs, some Thomas Benson correspondence, municipal records, records relating to Vincent Massey, and records relating to Frederick Thompson.

File consists of photographs of David Poole, who is a professor in Trent University’s Mathematics Faculty since 1984. Poole received a number of awards, the Symons Award for Excellence in Teaching (1995), Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations Teaching Award (2002), Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education’s 3M Teaching Fellowship (2002), and Excellence in Teaching from the Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) (2009). Poole is the former Associate Dean of Arts and Science, Teaching and Learning (2002-2013).

File Consists of photographs of Associate Professor Raul Ponce-Hernandez. Teaching GIS undergraduate courses within the School of Environment at Trent University.

File consists of photographs of Dr. Zailig Pollock an English Literature Professor, he was also the Senior Tutor of Peter Robinson College (1980). In the 2008-2009 academic year Pollock received the Award for Educational Leadership and Innovation.

File consists of a photograph of Scott Pollard, Vice-President of Human Resources (1998-1999).

File consists of photographs of the Bata Library Podium. Photos range from construction photographs to photographs of the completed podium being used by students. One photo has a dog prancing across the podium with a toy. Also included are photographs from the July 2002 renovations of the podium.

File consists of photographs of Philip Playfair who was Chair of the Student Union (1985-1986) and Assistant to Principal of Catharine Parr Traill College (1987).

File consists of photographs of Walter Pitman (d.2018), held many positions during his career at Trent University, he was the Associate Registrar (1965-1967), the acting Director of Part-time Studies (1967-1968) and the Dean of Arts and Science (1972-1975). Pitman received an Honorary degree (Doctor of Laws) in 1993.

File consists of photographs of Mary-Jane Pilgrim, who received two awards from Trent University, the Award for Educational Leadership and Innovation (2006-2007) and Nancy Simmons Smith Staff Award of Excellence (2010-2011).
