Diocese of MoosoneeThis fonds consists of five bound volumes relating to activities of the Campbell family of Keene, Ontario. There are ledgers, diaries and a scrapbook which date from 1862 to 1929.
This fonds represents many different members of the Campbell family of Keene and their interests. The scrapbook was composed by Isabelle Fulton Miller Campbell, daughter of Isabella Brownlie Miller and James Miller, and deals with different areas of interest to her. The two diaries, written by Isabelle Fulton Miller Campbell, deal with every day life and reflect how a number of people lived during the time period covered by the diaries. There is a business ledger of William Campbell who was a tailor in Keene and he also appears to be responsible as an executor for people's estates including his mother's. There is also a day book from a Keene grocery store which lists what the Campbells and other people in the Village of Keene purchased.
Campbell familyThis fonds consists of correspondence and photographs of the Reverend Frank Beazer, his wife Gertie and his brothers Fred and Jack, as well as notebooks of study helps and sermon notes of the Reverend. There are also published records regarding World War I, the Masonic Lodge, Orange Lodge and Loyal Order of the Moose.
Beazer, FrankThe fonds consists mostly of Helen Marryat's (nee Helen Fowlds) personal experiences as a nurse in World War I, and her activities as a local historian. There are clippings of her articles in local newspapers, historical maps (drawn by Gerald Marryat) and other materials relating to settlement of Hastings and district such as education and nursing. Also included are the correspondence and photograph collections of her brothers, Donald and Eric (mostly from World War I), and material on Frederick Marryat (1792-1848), navy captain and novelist. In December 2001, Trent University Archives launched an online exhibit which depicts Helen Fowld's experiences in World War I. Cramahe and Haldimand Female Tract SocietyThe fonds consists of typescript copies of letters patent and correspondence, from 1797 to 1855, relating to Bishop Jacob Mountain, first Anglican bishop of Quebec and to George Jehoshaphat Mountain, third Anglican bishop of Quebec, as well as to various Church matters. The fonds also includes notes taken from reports of The Society for the Propagation of the Gospel, from Letters Patent and from correspondence relating to Clergy Reserves and other topics.
Folder 1: Typed copies of Letter Patent and correspondence 1979-1855. The Letters Patent deal with various appointments of members of the Mountain Family; authorization to build a rectory; grants of land for building of churches. The correspondence is chiefly that of George Jehoshaphat Mountain, although some relates to his uncle, Jehoshaphat Mountain. Topic include appointments of various posts, petitions of widows of officers asking for help in claiming pensions, estimates of amounts for the payment of salaries of the Clergy, various other topics relating to the church.

The fonds consists of concert and theatre programs from Millbrook, Ontario; World War I materials including prisoner-of-war post cards, and photographs; and theatre programs, menus and other material relating to entertainments which allied prisoners in German war camps devised for their own amusement and which were collected by Lieutenant W.E. Massey-Cooke.

Joblin's interest in Indigenous affairs and in particular, the education of Indigenous peoples in Canada. Included in the fonds are references to the Canadian Association in Support of Native Peoples, the Indian-Eskimo Association, copies of Indian News and a Cree hymn book. Also included in the fonds are 14 scrapbooks of clippings on native issues.

Peterborough Presbyterial Women's Missionary SocietyThis fonds consists of Mary Ollerhead's notebook with teaching notes. At the back of the book are notes pertaining to her estate after she died. There are a number of notes that Mary wrote pertaining to her estate and funeral arrangements. A carbon copy relating to her will and some sympathy cards are also included. There is a collection of bank books from 1937 to 1953 included in the fonds as well as a retirement letter from the Toronto Board of Education and a few other articles of correspondence.
Ollerhead, Mary Q.This accession consists of four books. The first book, The Holy Bible, is a pulpit bible printed by John Baskerville [c.1750], and includes the dedication to King James 1 and the Apocrypha. Handwritten family records, from Thomas A. Stewart's father down through several generations, appear on the inside of the front cover and at the beginning of the New Testament. Included with the bible is a description and history of the book, as provided by Reverend John Shearman. The second book is a "Commonplace" book. The notebook inscribed "Frances Browne, 1811", reflects Frances Stewart's taste in verse and sayings and is handwritten except for a few clippings inter-leaved. A photocopy of the "Commonplace" book is also included.
Two additional books were added in 2004. The first of these is Frances Browne's music book, 1811, and consists of sheet music bound together inside a leather cover; the inscription on the cover reads "Miss F. Browne, 1811." The second of these is Church of England, Book of Common Prayer and Administration of the Sacraments..., [170-]; the title page is missing.
