There subject matter of the stereographs are the Boer War in South Africa from 1889 to 1902; the Timothy Eaton Company including store interior shots; views of Niagara Falls and the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa, Ontario.

This is an artificially created fonds relating to successive fundraising campaigns. Fundraising campaigns have existed at Trent as an on-going process. The earliest campaigns, Founding and Development, were succeeded by the Second Decade Fund, the Continuing Advancement Fund, the Fund for Excellence, the For Tomorrow Campaign and the Beyond Our Walls campaign. Victoria CountyThis collection consists of voters lists for various townships in Peterborough, Durham, Brant and Hastings counties such as Asphodel, North Monaghan, Otonabee, Harvey, Burleigh and Anstruther, Dummer, Hope, Brantford, Onondaga, the Town of Paris and Sidney.
Collectionconsists of photocopies of research documents pertaining to W. Wand's Planing Mills of Peterborough, Ontario and the Peterborough Mattress Company.
File consists of 5 warrants of distress from Northumberland and Durham (Hamilton Township). One warrant from 1857 uses the name District of Newcastle to refer to the same region. Warrants are for two men, Oliver Stanton (3 warrants) and Thomas Johnson (2 warrants). The warrants all follow the same formal, legalistic style, outlining the debtor, the amount owed, and authorizing the sheriff to seize property up to that value. The verso of each warrant contains a summary of the person charged, amount owed and paid, and date(s).
This collection consists of pamphlets, occasional papers, and government publications relating to Indigenous peoples (mostly in Canada) and their cultures, the territorial north, archaeology, education, and northern communities.
Taylor, William EwartCollection consists of research material documenting the life of William Horsley and his family, from Murray Township, Northumberland County. The research was conducted by Susan Butler, a professional genealogist, for a descendent of the Horsley family, Yvonne A. Green.
