This series also contains personal records, such as Gzowski's baby books (1934-[1939?]) and several volumes of memorial books (2002).
Fonds consists of records created and compiled by Dr. Margaret Doxey in her capacity as a professor in the Department of Political Studies at Trent University (1967-1991), as well as family photographs, poetry, and fiction. Publications written by Dr. Doxey following her retirement from Trent University are also included. Files documenting her professional life include publications for and about the United Nations (1996-1997 and 2007), professional correspondence, and collected publications. Fonds also includes creative writing associated with her professional life, poetry, stories, and records relating to Dr. Doxey’s family and childhood, including a list of her encounters with royalty and a small selection of family photographs. The oversized box contains a tribute scrapbook album from Dr. Doxey’s retirement from Trent University in 1991.

Records include staff and C.I.T. manuals, director's notes, registration information, publicity material, and staff recruitment material. Material relating to the 1979 and 1998 ownership transfers is included. Correspondence includes letters to and from parents, campers, staff, and camping associates.

Collective agreements in Peterborough and Ontario are well represented through several pocket-sized volumes. Unions include United Packinghouse Food Allied Workers of America, Shoeworker’s Union, Textile Workers Union of America, Canadian Labour Congress Federal Union, and Amalgamated Silver, Jewelry and Allied Workers' Union. Companies include Quaker Oats Company, Bata Shoe Company, Huyck Corporation, Canadian Coleman Company, and Benedict-Proctor Manufacturing Co. Limited. Series also includes several shop steward’s manuals ([1947?]-[1949?]) and two union ritual manuals (1949 and n.d.). Series is organized chronologically, then alphabetically.
File consists of five shop steward's manuals. Included are three copies of "A handbook for shop stewards, shop chairmen, grievance committeemen, collectors, local officers and others concerned with the welfare of the local union" by the Research Department of the Canadian Congress of Labour in Ottawa, Canada ([1949?]). Also included is one copy of a steward's manual by the International Association of Machinists (1948) and one by the Communications Workers of America (after 1947).
File consists of 10 pocket-sized books containing the constitution and by-laws of various unions. Included are the constitution and by-laws of the National Union of Public Employees (1955), the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (1955), and the International Association of Fire Fighters (1956 and 1952, (constitution only, attached with staples)). Also included are the constitutions of the International Association of Machinists (1953), the International Jewelry Workers' Union (1953), the United Packinghouse Workers of America (1954), and the Brotherhood of Painters, Decorators and Paperhangers of America (1955), and the International Union of Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers (1957), and the general working rules of the International Association of Bridge, Structural and Ornamental Iron Workers (1952).
File consist of an executive summary of the report and two distinct copies of the first volume. The report was published jointly by the Canada Immigration Commission, the Fleming Data Research Centre at Sir Sandford Fleming College, and the Kawartha Skills Development Committee Inc.
