Subseries consists of correspondence and personal and creative writing by members of the Gzowski and Morgan families. Included are the letters of Peter Gzowski's mother, Margaret Young, which were sent from boarding school, Pesionnat le Manoir, in Lausanne, Switzerland, to her family (1925-1927) and Gzowski family correspondence from 1900-2003, 1912-1942 predominant, and one letter from 1853. Correspondents include Peter Gzowski’s paternal grandparents, Vera Gzowski and Harold N. Gzowski, father, Harold E. Gzowski, mother, Margaret McGregor Young, paternal great-aunts Hope Morgan, Fawnie Morgan, and Wanda Gzowski, his maternal uncle McGregor Young, and Peter Gzowski.

File contains letters, postcards, and typed bulletins from Mary Northway to Mally Gibson, some undated, and a calendar image possibly taken at Camp Glen Bernard.

Series consists of academic and personal correspondence between Dale Standen and his colleagues at various academic institutions, Trent faculty, staff, students, and alumni, and graduate school colleagues. Series also includes obituaries and funeral programs for Trent faculty. Additional files document Dale Standen’s activities as a Don of and later the Principal of Lady Eaton College, and as a TUFA (Trent University Faculty Association) member during the 1996 strike. Series also includes correspondence from the Dictionary of Canadian Biography and the Champlain Society.

File also includes lectures schedules; a sketch of the building which housed Mackenzie Gallery before it opened as a gallery, by David Woods, 1971; a wedding photo of Mr. and Mrs. Gengembre-Curwood (1970); miscellaneous letters to Stewart regarding the Bagnani medal, etc.; also financial records, etc. relating to Mackenzie Gallery.
