This addition to the fonds consists of correspondence (original and third party), news releases, reports and photographs regarding Richard Johnston and his work as New Democratic Party representative in Scarborough West from 1979 to 1990. There are also some papers concerning his work since retiring from politics.

This fonds consists of correspondence, news releases, newsletters, reports, briefs, research notes, clippings, photographs, agendas and directories relating to Richard Johnston, M.P.P. for Scarborough West (New Democratic Party 1979-1990) and as special advisor to the Toronto Islands. There is information on social issues, poverty, education and women's issues included within the fonds.

File consists of a photograph of Paul Rexe, a member of the first graduating class of Trent University. Prof. Rexe worked within the Queen's-Trent Concurrent Education Program.

Negatives are of “card money,” [1714], Nicholas Lanoullier’s home in its day in the upper town of Quebec, the Intendant’s Palace in Quebec, “card money” of the first period, “card money” of the higher denominations, and a portrait of Gilles Hocquart, Intendant of police, justice and finance.

The fonds consists of photocopies and typescripts of correspondence and journals of Reverend Robert Brooking and his wife Elizabeth relating to his service as a missionary in Africa, in Canada West and in the Hudson's Bay Territory. Also included are reports of the Wesleyan Missionary Society, 1851-1857. Some of the items relate to the Hiawatha and Rama Reserves, and Norway House. The original records date from 1839 to 1879. Also included is a modern print of a photograph of Rev Robert Brooking [ca. 1890] and 3 photographs of Elizabeth's tombstone at Chief Island, Lake Couchiching, Rama Reserve, near Orillia.

This fonds includes correspondence, receipts and other records of Reverend Peter McLaren Duncan, Leonora Duncan, James Duncan, and Annie Duncan. Also included are sermon notes, assessment notices, insurance policies and the marriage register of Colborne Presbyterian Church from 1896 to 1912. The fonds also includes an autograph album of Leonora (Singleton) Duncan, Brighton, Canada West.

Collection consists of 2 folders of materials relating to Rev. Lloyd Delaney's 1983 publication, Small but Bountiful: Rice Lake Story, Gore's Landing, Ontario.

Folder 2 includes the Colonel Robert Brown scrapbook (Col. Brown was a colonel of the Royal Scotch Fusiliers. Thomas Traill and J.W.D. Moodie were in his regiment). The scrapbook includes newspaper clippings pertaining to his interest in USA relations, campaigns abroad, and matters relating to colonial affairs in Upper Canada; it also includes several original paintings of noteworthy soldiers with whom Brown had come into contact. Also included is a painting of an Indigenous woman entitled "One of the Indian Women who received His R.H. the Prince of Wales... 7th Sept. 1860."

Also included are 4 original sketches: 1. [original] Gore homestead at Gore's Landing, Ontario - a watercolour from memory by T.S. Gore Jr.; 2. "Hazelbank, Rice Lake"; 3. "Mavis Bank, Rice Lake' by J.T. Mercer (cottage); 4. "Plan of St. George's Church Yard, Rice Lake". Also, an original Christmas greeting card with sketch from Gerald & Ivy Hayward, New York, 1924; photographic reproductions of Rice Lake sketches by Charles Fothergill and an offprint of a photo of Fothergill; miscellaneous sketches and notes.

This fonds consists of correspondence and photographs of the Reverend Frank Beazer, his wife Gertie and his brothers Fred and Jack, as well as notebooks of study helps and sermon notes of the Reverend. There are also published records regarding World War I, the Masonic Lodge, Orange Lodge and Loyal Order of the Moose.

This addition to the fonds consists of records relating to the career of Reverend Elgie Joblin such as correspondence, church bulletins, yearbooks, newspaper clippings and photographs. The records deal with various charges throughout Canada and most of the records concern his career administering residential schools, native education and religion.

This fonds consists of publications, photographs, news clippings, bulletins and reports pertaining to Reverend Elgie E.M. Joblin's interest in Indigenous affairs and in particular, the education of Indigenous peoples in Canada. Included in the fonds are references to the Canadian Association in Support of Native Peoples, the Indian-Eskimo Association, copies of Indian News and a Cree hymn book. Also included in the fonds are 14 scrapbooks of clippings on native issues.

This fonds consists a diary (1863-1864) of M.A. Farrar and 12 drawings, etchings, watercolours and sketches by M.A. Farrar, genealogical information re the Farrar family, and photographs of Farrar and family members.

This fonds consists of two watercolours with one identified as Hastings, Ontario, and and the other identified as Forest City. Also included in the fonds are two pencil sketches and a photograph of another sketch. One sketch of two farms and a river with a steamboat on it, but otherwise unidentified. The other sketch is of the Anderson house, the Ashfield house, Mr. Harry Fowld's house and the Wanamaker's house, all in Hastings, Ontario. The photographic reproduction is of a sketch entitled Hastings on the Trent, Ontario. The watercolours and sketches were created by Rev. Michael A. Farrar.

Fonds consists of correspondence and research notes created by Rev. Lloyd Delaney for his historical sketches of Gore's Landing & St. George's Church. Also included are typescripts of the diary of Reginald Drayton, artist.

This fonds consists of newspaper clippings, notes, etc. regarding a canoeing accident at Balsam Lake Camp in 1926, as well as correspondence, articles, etc. on Balsam Lake. This fonds also contains two photos, one of Rev. Delaney, and one of the northwest shore of Balsam Lake.

This black and white photograph is of a man in clerical dress and is by the Roy Studio of Peterborough. On the reverse, the name "E.H.D. Hall" (a Peterborough lawyer associated with the firm of Hall, Gillespie) is written in pencil. The subject of the photograph is identified in pencil on the reverse as "Rev. Herbert Simonds [sic] ". Symonds married Emma Boyd, daughter of Mossom Boyd. They had several children including one son, Herbert Boyd Symonds (Boydie). He was killed in W.W.1.
