Also included are records documenting events and engagement initiatives, including reunion weekends at Head of the Trent, chapter events, talks, dinners, the Alumni letter writing campaign, fundraising campaigns, and award ceremonies. Also included is promotional material from these events; photographs, video, and sound recordings of events and talks; and memorabilia created and collected by alumni. Fonds also includes the planning documents for some of the events with corresponding promotional material. The earliest campaigns, Founding and Development, were succeeded by the Second Decade Fund, the Continuing Advancement Fund, the Fund for Excellence, the For Tomorrow Campaign and the Beyond Our Walls campaign. Trent University. Department of HistoryFonds consists of records documenting the activities of Trent University's Committee on Colleges. Fonds includes correspondence received from Professor Doug McCalla and Professor Dale Standen such as form letters and memorabilia.
Trent University. Committee on CollegesFonds consists of records from the Trent University Athletic Centre, documenting the department's development, its facilities and program offerings, and varsity and intramural sports. Fonds includes records from Paul S.B. Wilson throughout his time as Director (1966-2002). Fonds also consists of records about the growth and development of the Athletics Department including architectural briefs, reports, correspondence, promotional materials, photographs, and slides. There are also many photographs, scrapbooks, and CD’s containing records about intramural, varsity, and community sports. The sports documented include synchronized swimming, rowing, volleyball, basketball, swimming, hockey, squash, soccer, rugby, curling, field hockey, fencing, cycling, and karate. Also included are Michael Treadwell's correspondence and brochures of various racing sailboats, and material gathered from other universities' athletics programs.

Trent University. Department of Political StudiesThis collection of papers was received from Professor Roy Edwards in 1987. Most of the materials concern the boat Turtle Two which was owned by the Biology Department at Trent University and used for river-based experiments. The word Turtle was derived from Trent University Research and Teaching Laboratory for Experimental Work. The materials cover the years 1968-1973.
Trent University. Department of BiologyFonds consists of records created and accumulated by Trent University's Department of Philosophy. Most of the material relates to the Rousseau Congress of 1978. Rousseau Bicentennial Congress took place at Trent University, Peterborough, Ontario in June 1978, to commemorate the 200th anniversary of noted French philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau's death. The Congress was put on by the Philosophy Department of Trent University in conjunction with the Canadian Philosophical Association. It was a bilingual event and many Rousseau experts and enthusiasts were invited from around the world (France, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Canada, and the United States) to present papers on Rousseau. The fonds covers the years 1977-1978.
