Fonds includes records from Paul S.B. Wilson throughout his time as Director (1966-2002). Fonds also consists of records about the growth and development of the Athletics Department including architectural briefs, reports, correspondence, promotional materials, photographs, and slides. There are also many photographs, scrapbooks, and CD’s containing records about intramural, varsity, and community sports. The sports documented include synchronized swimming, rowing, volleyball, basketball, swimming, hockey, squash, soccer, rugby, curling, field hockey, fencing, cycling, and karate. Also included are Michael Treadwell's correspondence and brochures of various racing sailboats, and material gathered from other universities' athletics programs.

Trent Athletics CentreThe fonds of the Peterborough Cricket Club consists of scorebooks of the club (G. Whitaker Company Cricket Club) 1937-1954; 1965, as well as photographs of players and matches. Also included are newspaper clippings and rule books. Amongst the cricketeers is Richard B. Rogers.

Order of Woodcraft ChivalryThis fonds consists of the personal papers of F.M Van Wagner of Montreal, relating to his activities in the Canadian Camping Association from its founding in 1936 to 1965. He was at one time a president of the association. The papers consist of memos, correspondence, minutes, drafts of constitutions, and various materials on other provincial associations on camping standards and other topics.

Windy Pine PointThe fonds consists of a selection of photocopies of records from the Mary S. Edgar Papers from Queen's University Archives. Included are: correspondence, diaries, and biographical notes. The records deal primarily with Mary Edgar's involvement in organized children's camping at her Camp Glen Bernard, near Sundridge, Ontario. The records range from 1920 to 1970.

Also included are photographs (photocopies only) of Peterborough buildings taken by Marlow Banks between 1940 and 1997 and published as a series in the Peterborough Examiner.

Brock, TedThis fonds consists of correspondence and reports relating to the National and Provincial Parks Association of Canada as well as the personal papers of Gavin Henderson. There are records on conservation, Quetico Park, the Niagara area such as the American Falls and information on Banff and Jasper National Parks. Included in the fonds is the thesis of George Warecki entitled "Protecting Ontario's Wilderness: A History of Wilderness Conservation in Ontario." Also included in the fonds are various publications on wilderness, outdoor recreation, conservation and naturalist activities. There are also four scrapbooks which contain clippings regarding conservation, parks and the 1972 winter olympics.

Northway such as cassettes with interviews, family wills, photographs and slides, an honorary doctorate from Trent University, correspondence and documents regarding the transfer of deed of Windy Pine property to Trent University, materials relating to camping and to Nominigan as well as copies of Mary Northway's publications. There are also business-related photographs, correspondence, etc. of John Northway, Mary Northway's grandfather. One file of papers regarding the Neathern Trust was added in 1992.
