Fonds consists of material relating to the administration and programming of the INSTRUCT Programme. Files includes reports, journal articles, event flyers, pamphlets, correspondence, newsletters, budget reports, research material, and other documentation detailing the Programme in both English and Spanish. Photographs and slides include images of meetings, travel, seminars and work done with local communities in Ecuador and Mexico and at Trent University. VHS tapes includes a recording of the “Questioning” Conference panel, the conservation of the Imbkucha and Lago san Pablo watershed, and on the festival of Inti Raymi. CD-ROMs include photos of an INSTRUCT workshop on women and environment and another on local traditions.
INSTRUCT ProgrammeThis fonds consists mostly of correspondence between Mary Northway and Professors John Wadland and Alan Wilson, and relates primarily to the Brora Centre, Neathern Trust, and Windy Pine. Also included is an 8 mm film of Windy Pine (3 minutes, silent, colour), featuring Flora Morrison and her dog Charlie at Driftwood cabin, Windy Pines in the 1970s (also copied on DVD), and 2 photographs, one of which is of Mary Northway.

Harrison, Spencer J.The fonds consists of two ledgers and loose items relating to the business of the Baulch Family: one cash book, business at Hampton, Ontario, 1881-1890; ledger, R. Baulch and Son, Port Hope, 1889-1904 and 1916-1937. The loose items include agreements between Joseph H. Baulch and various others to lease property from Baulch; tax notices and receipts; and a letter from Will Baulch. Also included is one photograph (tintype) of unidentified male.
Baulch familyCollection consists of nine Boyd family photograph albums, 14 glass plate negatives, and several strip negatives. The images depict the lives and activities of the Boyd family of Bobcaygeon, Ontario, and include lumbering scenes, Trent Canal steamboats, buffalo/Hereford animals, and travel excursions. Also included are three "Gypsy" photographs (Peterborough, 1909), and photographs of winter sporting activities. Several photographs depict family members; many are unidentified. Also included in this collection are copies of the wills of WT.C. Boyd and Mossom Boyd.
Orgill familyThis addition to the fonds consists of ledgers, annual reports, program information, and other records regarding the YWCA women's residence and nursery school. There are also many photographs, mostly from the 1960's, of events and of people, who were associated with the Peterborough Young Women's Christian Association.
Young Women's Christian AssociationThis addition to the fonds consists of original Peterborough YWCA incorporation documents from 1897, YWCA photographs, financial and business documents, and other records including audio cassettes with oral interviews and tea meetings.
Young Women's Christian AssociationFonds consists of photographs (ca. 60) related to the families of Jacob Way (1804-1882), originally of Northport, Prince Edward County, Ontario, and his two sons, Edward Hoag Way (1845-1922) and Gideon Shepard Way (1853-1937). Also included are death certificates, copies of clippings, and detailed typed documents which provide genealogical and biographical information pertaining to each of the families; these were prepared by family descendant, Yvonne A. Green. Ms. Green also provided identification for some of the photographs which had previously been unidentified.
Way familyThis fonds consists of a bibliography of William Breyfogle's works and a biography. Also included is a photograph of Breyfogle which was taken by Roy Photo Studio, Peterborough in November, 1938. The covering letter from Velma McWilliams who compiled the bibliography is included as well.

Twist, WilliamThis fonds consists of records, photographs and slides of Windy Pine, private cottage and cabins owned by Dr. Mary Northway and Flora Morrison. They ran girls canoe trips at the camp during the 1940s.
