This addition to the fonds consists of administrative records of the Canadian Camping Association from 1936 to 1962, including a complete set of annual, executive and board meeting minutes from 1936 to 1957, the constitution, structure, bibliography and camping history. Records regarding joint conferences with Quebec Camping Association, the Ontario Camping Association and the Ontario Camping Association Research Committee are also included.

Northway such as cassettes with interviews, family wills, photographs and slides, an honorary doctorate from Trent University, correspondence and documents regarding the transfer of deed of Windy Pine property to Trent University, materials relating to camping and to Nominigan as well as copies of Mary Northway's publications. There are also business-related photographs, correspondence, etc. of John Northway, Mary Northway's grandfather. One file of papers regarding the Neathern Trust was added in 1992.

Included in the album are newspaper clippings relating to Stoney Lake Regatta. Photographs of Mount Rushmore, Catalina, Yellowstone Park and La Jolla Beach can also be found in this collection.
Oak Ridge CampThis collection consists of sound and video recordings of Generals with camping personalities undertaken by other camping associates. This artificial collection was accumulated by Trent Archives and includes tape recordings found in other camping accessions. Also included are recordings of conference sessions and cassette tape recordings of sessions, addresses and keynote speeches given at the International Camping Congress held at Toronto, January 1983.

Also included are: a 1967 annual report; provincial association liason materials; Canadian Camping Magazine editorial committee minutes, reports and correspondence; a 1968 Canoeing Instructor Course manual; a survey of camp directors and staff, 1975; a CCA Task Force final report, 1977; and two audio disc recordings of a talk by John Fisher (Mr. Canada) delivered on CBC, 26 March 1950.
