Fonds is a research collection comprised of handwritten notes, newspaper clippings, photocopies of published and primary materials, transcriptions of letters, video and cassette tapes. Subject areas pertain primarily to Catharine Parr Traill, Susanna Moodie, Robertson Davies, and a conference held at Trent University in honour of Timothy Findley (1997). Also included are handwritten notes, correspondence with researchers, publishers and editors, and copies of talks, papers and manuscripts by Professor Peterman.
Sans titreThis fonds consists of a published copy of Iroquois Fires: The Six Nations Lyrics and Lore of Dawendine by Bernice Loft Winslow; a video tape of an interview of Dawendine by Donald Smith in 1993; an audio cassette of Dawendine talking, recorded in 1972; three reel to reel tapes donated [to Dr. Smith] by Helen Rothwell; and two cassette tapes, the first of which includes an interview of Dawendine by Betty Kennedy in 1963 and an introduction by Jane Coventry at the Ontario Camping Association, and the second of which is of Dawendine telling stories at Camp Waseosa. One additional file of correspondence and short story manuscripts, a box of 19 slides, and one cassette tape were added at a later date.

Most files pertain to the 1993 Rails to Greenways Conference, which was hosted at Trent University by the Trail Studies Unit. Series also includes meeting minutes and agendas for various committees the Trail Studies Unit consulted on, including Ontario Provincial government committees.
Series consists of records documenting the International Camping Congress (ICC), held every three years in locations around the world. Series includes a comprehensive collection of cassette tapes related to the first ICC, the 1994 KUMBAYAH International Camping Congress held in Toronto, Ontario. The series comprises of 7 large binders containing 16 cassette tapes, one small binder containing 8 cassette tapes, and 1 single cassette tape, followed by Congress proceedings [in Japanese], along with various supporting documents related to the congress , such as correspondence and meeting minutes, travel and membership information, schedules, congress agreements, invitations, and manuals. Additionally included are 9 DVDs from the 2014 International Camping Congress. These recordings offer a unique glimpse into the speeches, presentations, and discussions held during the Congress.
Series consists of various memorabilia collected by Alumni and Engagement Services over the years, documenting Trent history and alumni experiences. Some of these materials once lived on the “wall of fame” in Alumni House, where alumni staff kept materials dropped off by alumni or documenting their achievements. Included are photographs of early Trent events, including the university’s opening ceremonies and first convocation. Series also includes various buttons created by Trent entities, including unions OPSEU Local 365, Trent University Faculty Association (TUFA), as well as student groups, and to commemorate events. There are also various CDs and cassette tapes of music performed by alumni as well as films and documentaries produced or directed by alumni.
Series consists of CDs and DVDs containing photographs, audio, and videos, primarily from 2004-2009. The disks document camp events, camp seasons, and the camp's 75th anniversary.
