Fonds pertains to the Cairnduff family and McWilliams family of Nogie’s Creek, Ontario. Items include two photo albums, two Bibles, and a handwritten music book for violin. Also included are two envelopes, one containing postcards pertaining to Buckhorn and the surrounding area with postmarks dating from 1907 to 1949, collected by Clayton Grant, the other containing a newspaper clipping, photograph, and colour scripture book. Also included are two books: My Bookhouse Through Fairy Halls, and The Standard Horse and Stock Book.

This fonds consists of four photographs, two of which are copies of photographs found in the Geale-Rogers Papers (82-022). One of these two is a duplicate of photo #400, Box 14, and is of Calcutt House, Peterborough. A negative is attached. The other is a duplicate of photo #27 of Album #6, Box 15, and is of a cottage on Little Otter Island, Stoney Lake, Ontario. A negative is attached. The other two photographs are of the Canadian General Electric Company building, Peterborough. One is an exterior shot and the other an interior. Also included is a negative of photo #48, Box 1 Folder 4 of The Peterborough City Photograph Collection (83-008), and is of the Salvation Army Barracks, Peterborough. None of the photographs and negatives are dated. Also included is a photocopy of a map of Stoney Lake, with Little Otter Island highlighted.

The fonds also consists of a collection of Time Books for 1935-1948, The Clan Oliver Magazine and The Oliver Society Magazine 1969-1986, a family scrapbook of birth and death notices, newspaper clippings, letters and certificates, and two Tourist Registers for Lakeview Farm 1926-1961. Also included are family property documents including a map issued by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, 1955, entitled Terrestrial Ecozones and Ecoregions of Canada, with handwritten notation indicating the location of the Oliver Property which was donated to Trent University by Marjorie McLean Oliver in 1998.

This addition to the fonds consists of photocopies of correspondence of Anya Seton; a play called the "Rufus letters" 1890; a manuscript of a play; and an unpublished autobiography. The fonds also contains original manuscript and typescript articles by Elise Thompson including an interview, biographical notes and photocopies of articles on Seton. There are also photocopies of letters and documents pertaining to Seton's relationship with Grace Seton. As well in 1992 an inventory list was added of all Seton paintings in Philmot Ranch, Cimarron, New Mexico, including an inventory of Seton paintings in the Smithsonian as well as correspondence regarding a Seton painting.

Rosemary McConkey collection

This collection consists of 278 slides taken by Rosemary McConkey during her work as a nutritionist in Malaya (1962) and in Nigeria (1965). McConkey was part of a team of medical personnel and scientists from the University of Ohio who undertook surveys of nutritional needs in these two areas. McConkey has supplied a detailed listing of the slides (below) and has also included a 45 r.p.m. recording of the national anthem of Malaya "Negara Ku,", six books relating to the two areas and a map of Malaya. The fonds also contains two photographs, one of Isabella's brother, Claud Brownlie, with his wife, Elizabeth [Kendrick], and the second of Claud Brownlie alone, as well as a diploma for Thomas Menzies Miller, 1891.
