The fonds also includes a few materials relating to surveying. The photocopied records date from 1837 to 1839.

Kirkpatrick to his brother Alexander in Dublin, with a few to his brother William regarding family and friends, business matters, local news, comments on the political situation in Canada, St. John's Church in Peterborough, Thomas A. Stewart and his family, and the Rebellion of 1837. The records cover the period between April 1831 and November 1851.
Kirkpatrick, Stafford F.This fonds consists of photocopies of: a) a minute book including the letters patent incorporating the company (19 October 1883) and minutes of a Director's meeting, 5 February 1900; b) by-laws of the company passed in Lindsay 26 January 1884; c) document headed "by-laws" repealing previous by-laws and a list of shareholders, 31 December 1884; and d) document with signatures of shareholders, 8 October 1883, minutes of a meeting 19 January 1884, and advertisements. The addition on 1 April 1977 consists of a photocopy of a brochure titled "Kawartha Lakes: The Bright Waters and Happy Land" with timetables for 1907. The fonds also includes some records pertaining to the Trent Valley Navigation Company.

Trent University. Department of Political StudiesThis item is a photocopy of scrapbook clippings which follow the inquest into the deaths of the "Black Donnellys" in Biddulph Township in early 1880, and clippings from the hearings held thereafter. The dates of the clippings range from February 1880 to March 1880.
The fonds consists of fiscal statements of the Trent Regional Ballet Association, including tax statements, receipts, and disbursements. Also included is correspondence relating to finances and hall rentals. Additional material consists of newspaper clippings, newsletters and programmes, and lists of names of board members and general members.

Peterborough Historical Atlas FoundationThis fonds consists of transcripts of interviews with Peterborough and area citizens concerning their perceptions of the social, cultural, and political aspects of life in Peterborough from the early 1900s to 1974. There are also three cassette tapes forming one interview with Lorna Cotton-Thomas.
Fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, and reports relating to the Committee on the Status of Women (1974-1986), records relating to the Margaret Laurence lecture (1987-2004), and correspondence and reports re the establishment of the Women's Studies program (1986-1988).

Women's Studies ProgramThis fonds consists of microfilm of RG 1, E3 which is described in the Public Archives of Canada inventory as a series of loose miscellaneous records which provide the documentation and background for many of the cases referred to the Executive Council of Upper Canada. The cases relate to many topics, some of which are: the 1837 Rebellion in Upper Canada; petitions for land, clemency, and various types of licenses; a few trials for murder and arson; schools; lists of settlers; roads and bridges; and United Empire Loyalists. The records on the microfilm date from 1791 to 1841.
