Fonds consists of records of the Trent University PC (Progressive Conservative) Club, a student organization, from the late 1960s and early 1970s. Records include PC Club minutes, correspondence, and other papers, as well as materials issued by the Progressive Conservative Youth Federation (PCYF) Ontario Progressive Conservative Student Association (OPCSA), and Progressive Conservative National Headquarters. The first file in the fonds contains a handwritten "list of materials from Trent PC Club turned over to government documents section, Bata Library," dated May 2, 1973, and includes a list of the contents of these files.
Trent PC ClubThe records in Box 1 cover the years 1985-1997 and were forwarded to the Archives by the Dean’s office in 1998. The records in Box 2 were received in approximately 2012 via the Audio-Visual department.
Trent University. Ashley FellowshipThis fonds consists of the "2001: Coming of Age in Canada" Conference materials. This fonds has various notes, documents and correspondence as well as reports and audio cassettes. Also included are documents and correspondence regarding the Retired Citizens in Residence Program at Trent, 1973-1978.
2001: Coming of Age in Canada ConferenceThis collection consists of sound and video recordings of Generals with camping personalities undertaken by other camping associates. This artificial collection was accumulated by Trent Archives and includes tape recordings found in other camping accessions. Also included are recordings of conference sessions and cassette tape recordings of sessions, addresses and keynote speeches given at the International Camping Congress held at Toronto, January 1983.
Canadian Camping AssociationFonds consists of records from the Trent University Athletic Centre, documenting the department's development, its facilities and program offerings, and varsity and intramural sports. Fonds includes records from Paul S.B. Wilson throughout his time as Director (1966-2002). Fonds also consists of records about the growth and development of the Athletics Department including architectural briefs, reports, correspondence, promotional materials, photographs, and slides. There are also many photographs, scrapbooks, and CD’s containing records about intramural, varsity, and community sports. The sports documented include synchronized swimming, rowing, volleyball, basketball, swimming, hockey, squash, soccer, rugby, curling, field hockey, fencing, cycling, and karate. Also included are Michael Treadwell's correspondence and brochures of various racing sailboats, and material gathered from other universities' athletics programs.

Trent Athletics CentreThis fonds consists of thesis research material relating to the role and image of wilderness and the aborigine in Ontario camps. It also contains various interviews with directors of Ontario camps, as well as information booklets and camp applications.
Dunlop, HeatherThis fonds consists of original manuscripts, research material, correspondence, and transcripts relating to Peter Gzowski and the "Morningside Show" broadcasts of the Canadian Broadcast Corporation as well as photographs of Peter Gzowski and other people. Also included in the fonds are business contracts and correspondence from listeners, to the show, from across Canada. There are also materials relating to Peter Gzowski's radio career.

One of the largest series of records relates to the biography of his son, Neil Young.

Included is research material, photographs, slides, and negatives relating to the postal history of Smith Township, Peterborough, and the surrounding area. Included also are letters dated 1823-1878 of the Baptie family who were situated in Ida, Ontario, and extensive research material related to Captain Charles Rubidge, Sir Sandford Fleming, the Pengelley/Roche families, S.J. Carver, and local historic sites. This fonds is a tremendous resource for information related to Peterborough and area in general.

Tapscott, DonThis addition to the fonds consists of interviews with prominent NDP and labour activists recalling the 1960 by-election in Peterborough, and the early history of the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation (CCF) and the New Democratic Party (NDP) in the riding. As well there are related transcripts; newspaper articles and correspondence.

Young, ScottThis addition to the fonds consists of correspondence, interview tapes and drafts of manuscripts written by Scott Young such as Powerplay: The Memoirs of Hockey Czar Alan Eagleson and The Boys of Saturday Night. The fonds also includes interview tapes of Don Cherry, Ron Harrison, Bill Hewitt, and other hockey coaches, players and team owners. There is also an autographed copy of War on Ice; personal correspondence and greeting cards. We have copied out Scott's famous spaghetti sauce recipe (see note below).
Young, ScottThis is an artificial collection of materials with a variety of provenances, documenting the Trent University Faculty Association (TUFA) strike in 1991, including strike bulletins and information sheets, Communications Office Bulletins, communiques from Students FEAT and A.N.S.W.E.R., Trent Student Union communiques, copies of student papers Arthur and Lilith, OCUFA Forum and CAUT Bulletin, TUFA parity buttons, transcripts of TUFA internal meeting, an untranscribed cassette tape of CBC interviews, 14 tapes of radio broadcasts and meetings, and other records. Also included are an oversized poster used on the pickets and a copy of the new three-year collective agreement between TUFA and the Trent University Board of Governors ending the strike.
This fonds consists of administrative papers of the OCLC, and includes lists of staff members as well as delegates for programs. It also includes an extensive collection of staff photos as well as photos of camp buildings, etc. Also included are maps of the camp, and papers related to programs.
Ontario Camp Leadership Centre (Bark Lake, Ontario)This addition to the fonds consists of personal and career-related materials of Mary L. Northway such as cassettes with interviews, family wills, photographs and slides, an honorary doctorate from Trent University, correspondence and documents regarding the transfer of deed of Windy Pine property to Trent University, materials relating to camping and to Nominigan as well as copies of Mary Northway's publications. There are also business-related photographs, correspondence, etc. of John Northway, Mary Northway's grandfather. One file of papers regarding the Neathern Trust was added in 1992.
