Wearing, JosephThis fonds consists primarily of the correspondence of Scott Ackerman Medd to his parents Sidney Taylor Medd and Estelle Lumsden Ackerman and his sister Mary E. Medd. The correspondence covers such topics as Scott's education at Trinity College School in Port Hope and at the Royal Academy in London, England, his development as and artist, life in England, and World War II. The fonds also contains the family records of Thomas and Mary Medd consisting of emigration and settlement letters, 1819-1919; correspondence to Robert Medd, 1820-1852; and correspondence to and from Sidney Taylor Medd during World War I. Also included are photographs of various members of the Medd family and sketches and sketchbooks of Scott Ackerman Medd.

Davies, BlodwenThis fonds consists of correspondence, newspaper clippings and the M.A. thesis of Margaret Heideman of Peterborough, Ontario. Most of the correspondence is from Robertson Davies who was editor of the Peterborough Examiner and for whom Heideman wrote book reviews.

This fonds consists of manuscripts of three poems by Wilson MacDonald: "The Song of the Undertow", "A Song to the Valiant", and "Graduation Day". There are ten pages of play titles with short critiques and names of publishers. Also included in the fonds are two letters from A. Maclaren giving lists of plays and authors, dated 1922 which are addressed to Vincent Massey.
Massey, Charles VincentThis 8-page, typewritten manuscript is entitled "Folk Songs of Peterborough" and consists of a brief overview of the folk song tradition of the Peterborough area. Fowke indicates that the Peterborough region is one of the richest in Ontario and credits this in large part to the significant Irish representation in the County. She mentions by name individuals who can sing old songs brought from the old country, or songs learned in the lumbering shanty and carried down from generation to generation. She quotes songs that give specific reference to places such as Kinmount, Omemee, Gannon's Narrows, Tory Hill, etc. Farming traditions, love ballads, and jail terms all find their places in the canon.
Fowke, EdithThis fonds consists of two Christmas greeting cards sent to the Ropers by Ned and Vi Pratt. The card dated 1953 called "Night" with woodcut illustration by their daughter, Claire Pratt, contains a simple seasonal greeting. The other card, undated, contains a poem called "Magic in Everything", and is embellished with pen and ink decorations by Claire Pratt. Both cards are enclosed in a Trinity College envelope. Also included are three paper fragments: a typewritten one presumably quoting an aphorism by Pratt; a handwritten note referring to pages 380 and 396 in the volume Collected Poems in Roper's handwriting; and another reference to page 230.

Choate familyThe fonds is in eight bound volumes and consists of letters, newspaper clippings, photographs, diaries, poetry, sketch books, accounts and a typewritten unpublished autobiography.
Wallis, Katherine E.File consists of two copies of Katherine E. Wallis: Canadian Sculptor by A. Roger Collins. One copy is inscribed "Dear Aunt Elise with much love from 'Alas!' and 'Alack!,' Happy Memories, 1949". Elise may refer to Elise Roux (1853-1953), wife of Thomas Alexander Stewart Hay (son of Dr. Thomas Hay and Anna Maria Stewart). Loosely inserted is an unidentified photograph of a woman.
The second copy is inscribed "Helen Dear for the new house, Love from Alice, 1953". Helen may refer to the donor's aunt, Helen Frances Mathias who married Rod Stuart; Alice may refer to the author, Alice Roger Collins.
File also includes two removable flash memory devices containing Dr. Mathias' PhD dissertation as well as digital images, slides, and photographs linked to archaeology work conducted by Mathias in Newfoundland, Qatar and Afghanistan. The dissertation provides context for the images.
The fonds consists of concert and theatre programs from Millbrook, Ontario; World War I materials including prisoner-of-war post cards, and photographs; and theatre programs, menus and other material relating to entertainments which allied prisoners in German war camps devised for their own amusement and which were collected by Lieutenant W.E. Massey-Cooke.
