Collection consists of Haldimand Township property documents dated 1863-1891. Subjects include Jay Ketchum, William Matthews, James Thomas Johnson, Archibald Campbell, Donald C. Matthews, William H. Johnson, Joseph Keeler, William Maxwell, David [P--], and Thomas Kelso. Also included are estate documents relating to Mary Jane Cowie, 1932, and miscellaneous receipts.

This item is carbon copy of a typescript history of St. Andrew's United Church titled "One Hundred Years' History of St. Andrew's Church, Peterborough 1833-1933." It was written and later published by E. Bruce Fowler.

These documents pertain to property in the city of Peterborough (lot 8 on the north side of Townsend Street and on the south side of Dalhousie Street west of Aylmer St.) once owned by Reverend Vincent Clementi. They consist of deeds, mortgages, and include the will of Clementi and his wife Elizabeth. Grantors and mortgage holders include James Hall Sheriff, Allan Macdougall, J.D. Collins, George Barlee, Thomas and Jane Fairbairn, R. Boucher, Katherine Dennistoun, G. Stevenson, H.C. Rogers. Clementi bought the property in 1874.

This collection consists of eleven published reports, addresses, and articles by the Honourable Vincent Massey. Topics include education, art and nationality, drama, external affairs, etc. with respect to Canada. Included also are typed notes compiled at a meeting at which Massey was present, on "Diplomatic Machinery", held in 1931.

This item is a notebook containing photographs of the Wilson family, King Street, Cobourg. Some photographs were taken in Regina, Saskatchewan. Almost every photograph is identified by subject and photographer, and a few are also dated.

This fonds consists of records relating to the Bateson family of Cavan Township in the County of Durham. A large portion of the records are debentures showing sale of land to William Bateson and other people. There are three wills; one for Isaac Bateson, one for Ellen Bateson (parents of William Bateson) and one for William Bateson. The fonds also includes some earlier, apparently unrelated records regarding other properties. This fonds is an excellent source of history on the Bateson family.

This item is a journal of events kept by the Post Manager at Eastmain, Outfit 260, James Bay District of the Hudson's Bay Company. His instructions were to record weather conditions, temperatures, activities of Inuit and Native fur trade, animal and bird migration patterns, supply ship and passenger activity, mail arrivals and news of Revillon Freres at an adjoining post. The fonds consists of photocopies of records relating to boats on the Trent waterway including a typescript of a list of boats, a typescript of an article title the "Trent Canal System: Peterborough Hydraulic Lift Lock", a map of the Trent-Severn waterway, two photographs of the S.S. Water Lily (of the Calcutt line), one photograph of the fleet of the Stoney Lake Navigation Company of Young's Point, and a clipping which includes a photograph of the Peterborough hydraulic lift lock.

This fonds consists of statements of accounts, bills, and receipts. It also includes assessment notices, tax notices and some miscellaneous papers. The fonds contains a recipe for a diphtheria cure.

This scrapbook contains clippings about World War I and photographs of the Trent Canal and River system including Lakefield Canoe Co., Kirkfield and the Peterborough Lift Lock. The people in the photographs are unidentified.

This fonds consists of two volumes of notes with pasted-in illustrations of house and furniture design. Included are University of Toronto lecture notes on history of household life and loosely inserted in the volumes are further notes and examinations.

This collection consists of a reprint of E. (Elias) Burnham's address to electors in 1844; a Township of Otonabee Treasurer's report from 1877; and an address in support Liberal Candidate, Fraser, of Brighton, Ontario in 1926.

This item is an account book kept by the Grafton Woman's Missionary Society between 1911 and 1926. The Society kept track of expenses, membership and profits. The book has members names and what they paid in membership plus donations from members who were unable to attend meetings. There is also a Treasurer's quarterly report booklet which can be found between the pages of the account book.

This fonds contains two ledgers. One ledger apparently belonged to a person or business in the Port Hope area. The other ledger deals with a sale by Mrs. Brock and Mrs. Davy's from 31 March 1925.

This fonds consists of a dedication program of Hart House at the University of Toronto on 11 November 1919. There is also a souvenir folder regarding the dedication of the Soldier's Tower with a colour etching of the Tower from 5 June 1924.

There is a sworn statement by his sister, identifying him, his honorable discharge papers from the U.S. Army, his marriage certificate with Elizabeth Ann Kelly of Peterborough, an invoice for the burial of Eugene P. Eggleton, and the notification of birth registration for their daughter Mary Patricia Eggleton.

Fonds consists of one "Bills Payable" ledger with "R. Baulch & Son, Port Hope, Ont." on the cover.

This item is a programme used by the Royal Arthur Lodge for an installation banquet at the Masonic Hall in Peterborough in 1923.

The fonds consists of the following three items: 1. an undated broadside with lines on Scott and Hackett who were murdered and the Right to Walk, an anonymous poem on the 1870 Riel Rebellion; 2. a broadside dated July 12, 1877, with poems on the Montreal Riots (of the same date) with the Murder and Funeral of the late Thos. Lett Hackett, by Ulster True Blue and; 3. a certificate of degree, dated March 26, 1923, of Norman Killenbeck, L.O.L. Peterborough #3.
