Correspondence with Judge Robert Dennistoun 1855 relates to John Langton's "Blythe" property, Dunsford property matters [Mossom Boyd was married to a Dunsford], Chancery document regarding Douro property, and Thomas Need vs. Stephen Benson 1866.

File documents the winding down of the Neathern Trust. Includes information on some final grants, a letter from the Trent University Archives positively acknowledging Mary Northway’s intention to donate Neathern Trust papers, information on Metropolitan Toronto Community Foundation, and Mary Northway’s account of the idea to set up the Trust.

This fonds consists of administrative records relating to the establishment, operations, and wind up of the Neathern Trust. Fonds also includes numbered case files for various projects that received funding from the Neathern Trust which was set up by Dr. Mary Northway.
