Camp TanamakoonFonds consists of manuscripts and research materials pertaining to Jean Murray Cole's biography of Chief Factor Archibald McDonald, entitled Exile in the Wilderness, and her published compilation of Archibald McDonald's letters, entitled This Blessed Wilderness. Also included are extensive research materials on Ranald McDonald (son of Archibald McDonald). Other research relates to Peterborough area settlers including the Strickland family (Catharine Parr Traill and Susanna Moodie), Frances Stewart, and Sandford Fleming. Materials encompass all aspects of research, correspondence with descendants, papers given by Cole, newspaper and magazine articles, maps, and photographs. The fonds also contains Cole's files on "Edwardian Peterborough" (a conference held in May 2005).

Cooney (1871-1932) who wrote Kinsmen, published originally in 1916 and then reprinted in 1992. Cooney was born in Peterborough, Ontario. One of his brothers, Franklin Cooney, became Governor of Montana.
Folder 1 contains textual records, photocopied newspaper articles and genealogical charts. Folder 2 contains photographs of the Cooney family.
Bolger, PatFonds consists of research notes, maps, photographs, slides, trip diaries and a draft manuscript relating to the 1990 publication "A Walk on the Canol Road: Exploring the First Major Northern Pipeline" by S.R. (Sandy) Gage. A copy of this book is included in the fonds.
Gage, S. R. (Sandy)This collection consists of 278 slides taken by Rosemary McConkey during her work as a nutritionist in Malaya (1962) and in Nigeria (1965). McConkey was part of a team of medical personnel and scientists from the University of Ohio who undertook surveys of nutritional needs in these two areas. McConkey has supplied a detailed listing of the slides (below) and has also included a 45 r.p.m. recording of the national anthem of Malaya "Negara Ku,", six books relating to the two areas and a map of Malaya.
