Addition to the fonds consists of maps and project plans for various Ontario Provincial Parks. S. R. Gage was not involved in writing the plans, but made notes and annotations throughout.

This fonds consists of research materials collected by Professor Ross Irwin for his book on Mariposa Township, Victoria County. Material added August 1992 includes a copy of Mariposa: The Banner Township and a series of 8 scrapbooks created by Mrs. Alex McIntyre of Oakwood, Ontario and donated via Professor Irwin. Additions of 1994 include slides of Lindsay, Ontario and other scenes in Victoria County taken in approximately the 1960s. Additions of 2002 include 2 notebooks of Robert Irwin, Cambray. Additions of 2010 include studio portraits of ancestral family members. Additions of 2012 include items related to the history of the Wakelin family and a scribbler with house-building notes.

Collection consists of an inventory of land locations for early settlers and inhabitants of Ops Township from the initial survey of the township in 1825 to 1872. It includes census information and assessments of households, various voter's lists, many Ops Township documents and one map for the 1839 Assessment Roll. The collection also includes a variety of cookbooks, recipes, food preparation manuals for specific cooking devices, and research notes.

This collection consists of 278 slides taken by Rosemary McConkey during her work as a nutritionist in Malaya (1962) and in Nigeria (1965). McConkey was part of a team of medical personnel and scientists from the University of Ohio who undertook surveys of nutritional needs in these two areas. McConkey has supplied a detailed listing of the slides (below) and has also included a 45 r.p.m. recording of the national anthem of Malaya "Negara Ku,", six books relating to the two areas and a map of Malaya. Item is a map entitled Romaine's Map of the Town of Peterborough and Village of Ashburnham. It is "Compiled from Registered Plans and Actual Surveys", and is "Published by Robert Romaine, at the Office of the "Peterborough Review", Peterborough, Ont., 1875". Further description follows: scale equals 4 chains to 1 inch, size 164.5cm x 116cm, original, mounted on linen, laminated, 1875.

This collection consists of printed Acts of the Government of Canada; guides and pamphlets of the Canadian Pacific Railway and the Grand Trunk Railway; and early maps, plans, and promotional brochures of locations throughout Canada.

This collection consists of petitions, proclamations, printed acts, correspondence relating to British North America, Hudson's Bay Company, and the governance of British North America by the British crown. There are records relating to the Red River Settlement, the British Columbia Act and Oregon Territory, as well as several historical maps.

This fonds consists of correspondence and photographs of the Reverend Frank Beazer, his wife Gertie and his brothers Fred and Jack, as well as notebooks of study helps and sermon notes of the Reverend. There are also published records regarding World War I, the Masonic Lodge, Orange Lodge and Loyal Order of the Moose.

File includes a broadside advertising the auction sale of Northcote Farm on Lake Katchewanooka, property of Dr. Campbell Mellis Douglas. Most of Northcote Farm became part of Lakefield College School in 2007; a small part of Northcote is retained by the Gastle family. Also included are two small hand-drawn maps by George Douglas of Northcoate Farm, ca. 1909.
