This series consists of scrapbooks and files of newspaper clippings documenting athletics at Trent. Most scrapbooks include newspaper clippings from local newspapers (The Peterborough Examiner, Peterborough This Week, and the Arthur). Scrapbooks and newspaper clippings highlight competitions and sporting events related to Trent Varsity teams and local athletic achievements, and personal achievements by local athletes on an international level such as the Olympics.

Young, AileenFonds consists of records from the Trent University Athletic Centre, documenting the department's development, its facilities and program offerings, and varsity and intramural sports. Fonds includes records from Paul S.B. Wilson throughout his time as Director (1966-2002). Fonds also consists of records about the growth and development of the Athletics Department including architectural briefs, reports, correspondence, promotional materials, photographs, and slides. There are also many photographs, scrapbooks, and CD’s containing records about intramural, varsity, and community sports. The sports documented include synchronized swimming, rowing, volleyball, basketball, swimming, hockey, squash, soccer, rugby, curling, field hockey, fencing, cycling, and karate. Also included are Michael Treadwell's correspondence and brochures of various racing sailboats, and material gathered from other universities' athletics programs.

Preceptor Psi Chapter of Beta Sigma PhiFonds consists of 17 scrapbooks and albums of materials pertaining to Peterborough’s Beta Sigma Phi and local sorority chapters. Included are photographs, greeting cards, invitations, newspaper clippings, and memorabilia.

This addition to the fonds consists of one large photograph album containing newspaper clippings, photographs, correspondence and biographical records regarding the Corrigan House and family of Carrying Place, Ontario. Album contains drawings by B. Napier Simpson of the Corrigan House at The Carrying Place, Prince Edward County. There are also sheets of biographical information on the Asa Weller family and the Robertson, French and Corrigan families and B. Napier Simpson.

Carrying PlaceThis fonds consists of Young Women's Christian Association scrapbooks from 1976-1993, and a photograph of the YWCA swim club "The Silver Finnettes" from the 1930's. Also included are several identified and unidentified photographs of YWCA staff and volunteers, and of buildings. There are also slides of the staff, and miscellaneous slides.

Eversfield (27 Paton Road), on Ontario politics; the United Farmers of Ontario government, hydro, agriculture, public accounts, labor, elections and other items. There is a brief subject index at the beginning of the scrapbook.
Johnston, T.D.This fonds consists of a scrapbook containing photographs depicting Oak Ridge Camp activities and canoe trips. Included in the album are newspaper clippings relating to Stoney Lake Regatta. Photographs of Mount Rushmore, Catalina, Yellowstone Park and La Jolla Beach can also be found in this collection.
Oak Ridge CampThis scrapbook contains clippings about World War I and photographs of the Trent Canal and River system including Lakefield Canoe Co., Kirkfield and the Peterborough Lift Lock. The people in the photographs are unidentified.
The fonds consists of a memoir (photocopy, 8 pages) on Sir MacKenzie Bowell (1823-1917) by his private secretary; and an anonymous scrapbook of clippings relating to Canadian Railways, Laurier, Bourassa, Canadian nationalism and annexationism.
