Series consists of photographs, contact sheets and negatives of Trent University faculty, staff and students. In addition, there are photographs of award recipients and photographs from convocation and other events.

This item is a leather-bound photograph album containing photographs and tintypes. Some of the photographs are identified.

The fonds consists of a cash book, dated April 1, 1871-January 3, 1883 and an account book, dated 1881-1882 of the Fairdale Cheese Company.

• Copy of Thomas Hay’s father's birth register, Seggieden Scotland, B. 12 June 1805 (copy date 20 June 1827)
• Copy of Anna Marie (nee Stewart) Hay’s will (16 June 1887)

• Obituary from Peterborough Review (March 29, 1917)
• Hay's minister's eulogy, delivered at his funeral (April 1, 1917)
• Income from securities, accounts with Hall & Hall, barristers, Peterborough, July 30, 1918 - March 8, 1919, which are all part of Thomas Hay Estate Affairs

File includes the following family material:

• Photocopy of a diary written by Robert Pengelley, December 1837-1840 (diary tells of his return to Canada, his work building his house and barn at Baillieboro, his marriage (second) to Miss Lydia Emily Roach/Roche and the birth of their son in 1840)
• Obituary (October 6, 1986) of Miss Rita Pengelley who apparently had the above original diary in her possession
• Typed information regarding the Pengelley family, received from Miss Rita Pengelley, Pilgrim Cottage, R.R.1, Bailieboro, October 14, 1970

File includes the following family material:

• Pengelley family genealogical information, especially pertaining to the direct descendants of Theodore Robert Pengelley
• A photocopy of a "Canada 150 Farm Family" certificate issued to the "Pengelley Family" in 2017
