Materials include correspondence, manuscripts, interview tapes with Moon and with local sports personalities, floppy discs, photographs and newspaper clippings. Also included is a copy of Donna Wootton’s book on her father, Moon Remembered: The Life of Lacrosse Goalie Lloyd “Moon” Wootton (The Ginger Press, 2009).

Ontario Camps AssociationFile contains a binder assembled by Alf Griggs relating to his time at Bark Lake Leadership Camp, first as a Leader-in-Training in 1964 and then as a Resource Counselor from 1984-1995. The first half of the binder contains staff directories, messages from camp staff and campers about their time at Bark Lake Leadership Camp, camp rules and regulations, schedules, songs and sayings, and maps of Bark Lake, all circa 1964. The second half contains similar contents relating to Grigg's time as a Resource Counselor from 1984-1995 along with photographs of exterior shots of camp buildings and Bark Lake, taken in 1981 and 2010.

Canadian Camping AssociationCollection consists of brochures and pamphlets for children's day and overnight camps, primarily in Ontario. Most pamphlets were removed from accessions in the Ontario Camps Association (OCA) fonds.
Fonds consists of records from the Trent University Athletic Centre, documenting the department's development, its facilities and program offerings, and varsity and intramural sports. Fonds includes records from Paul S.B. Wilson throughout his time as Director (1966-2002). Fonds also consists of records about the growth and development of the Athletics Department including architectural briefs, reports, correspondence, promotional materials, photographs, and slides. There are also many photographs, scrapbooks, and CD’s containing records about intramural, varsity, and community sports. The sports documented include synchronized swimming, rowing, volleyball, basketball, swimming, hockey, squash, soccer, rugby, curling, field hockey, fencing, cycling, and karate. Also included are Michael Treadwell's correspondence and brochures of various racing sailboats, and material gathered from other universities' athletics programs.

Trent Athletics CentreFile consists of material compiled for a project on the history of Camp Wangoma, including 12 editions of a newsletter, "Wangomatters - 50 years - Before the Memories Fade" and a written history of the camp. Files are available in both paper and digital form.
YMCA Camp WangomaFile contains a binder assembled by Alf Griggs relating to his time at Camp Norval as Camp Director. Within the binder are photographs of plaques dedicated to Camp Norval, taken in 2023, exterior shots of the camp, campers participating in camp activities, taken in 1975. Also contained are information newsletters about the camp, reviews from news outlets, information for staff and a letter from Griggs relating to his personal thoughts about his time at Camp Norval.
Fonds consists of four photocopied letters written by Professor Anne Innis (Dagg) in 1949 from Camp Tanamakoon to her mother. A further original letter was added in June 2004.
Dagg, Anne InnisThis addition to the fonds consists of bird spotting forms for the Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas and Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas error forms. Also included in the fonds are numerous publications and newsletters from various naturalist clubs across Ontario.
Sadler, DouglasThis fonds consists of documents and correspondence relating to the presentation of Trent University honorary degrees to Dr. J. Harry Ebbs and Mary Northway. The fonds also contains documents relating to Mary's death and her bequest of two million dollars to Trent University, various documents relating to Ontario camps and to the Brora Centre, and miscellaneous photographs.

Canadian Camping AssociationFile consists of photographs of Camp Franklin on Georgian Bay. Also includes a New Testament given to Stanton while at Camp Camperdown, 1922. Stanton was at that time a 17 year old student at Havergal College in Toronto. The names of staff at Camperdown are signed in the front of the bible. The camp director was most likely Millicent Payne.
