Volume II contains Toronto Trades and Labour Council minutes from July 1881 to October 1883, pages 1-30, 1-256. Volume III contains Toronto Trades and Labour Council minutes from October 1883 to September 1885, pages 1-258. Volume IV contains Toronto Trades and Labour Council minutes from October 1885 to July 1887; Volume V contains Toronto Trades and Labour Council minutes from August 1887 to April 1893, pages 1-392.

Fonds includes personal and professional correspondence, press clippings, descriptions of benchmark occasions, and award certificates from Storey’s Trent University career, including The Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education Communication Award (1986), the Big Brothers and Big Sisters National Commendation Award (2000), and the Trent University Eminent Service Award (2011). There is also a large photograph album highlighting the 40 years that Tony spent at Trent University. This fonds consists of a blacksmith's account book belonging to John Tinney of Cavan, Ontario and a small pocket diary kept by a soldier, Hector Tinney who served overseas in World War I. Also included is the Choate Family Bible donated and added to the collection in 2002. The bible contains genealogical information on the Choate family.

Collection consists of 12 leather-bound volumes of the plays of William Shakespeare, with "Thos. A. Stewart" bookplates glued on the inside cover of each volume. The volumes are numbered I through XII. Volume XII includes the following bibliographic information: "The Plays of William Shakespeare, from the correct edition of Isaac Reed, Esq., London, Printed for Vernor, Hood and Sharpe, Poultry; and Taylor and Hessey, Fleet Street. 1809." On the final page of each volume, except for Volumes I and II, the following additional information appears: "Stereotyped and printed by A. Wilson, Duke Street, Lincoln's-Inn Fields, London." On the final page of Vol. I, the following information appears: "Stereotyped by Andrew Wilson." Vol. I has the following additional names hand-written on the bookplate: "George A. Stewart", "Louis B. Stewart", and "[B] [ ] Stewart". Volumes III, VI, and VIII have "George A. Stewart" added to the bookplate. Handwritten on the bookplate for Vol. IV is "Thos. A. Stewart"; this may be Stewart's signature.

Fonds pertains to the life of Theodore Thorne Hamilton (1890-1959) and his extended family. The documents, comprised of original letters, vital statistic certificates, photographs, and postcards, are interleaved with detailed biographical information compiled by the donor, Mr. Jim Hamilton, a second cousin (twice removed) of Theodore Thorne Hamilton. Included are approximately 100 photographs pertaining to the Skeena River flood of 1936, approximately 30 early 20th-century Bobcaygeon area postcards, and two Bibles.
