The fonds consists of the records of the Buckhorn Wilderness Centre including: charter, minutes, correspondence, by-laws, membership and financial records. The fonds is arranged in the two following series: 1) Papers received from Dr. Morawetz, and 2) Papers received from Douglas Sadler.
Buckhorn Wilderness CentreThis addition to the fonds consists of correspondence, graduate and undergraduate degrees, manuscripts of poems, galley proofs, manuscript sheet music by Violet Archer and Dika Newton, manuscript drafts of Ph.D. thesis and M.A. thesis.
Smith, Arthur James MarshallThis fonds consists of three notebooks of typewritten notes entitled "Reference Notes on the Cree", and one photograph of P.G. Downes with Richard Finnie. The notebooks contain bibliographic sources, alphabetically arranged, their contents briefly analyzed and evaluated in terms of their usefulness to the study of various facets of Cree society. The notebooks also contain a number of Prentice G. Downes' writings.
