This correspondence relates primarily to the Brora Centre, the Neathern Trust, Canadian Studies, Trent University, and Windy Pine's history and transfer to Trent. Correspondence also mentions Dorothy Millichamp and Margot Thompson.
Fonds also includes a copy of A. Wilson's nomination of Mary Northway for an honorary degree, her CV, and a list of her publications. There are also 2 photographs of Mary Northway, Helen James, Adele Ebbs and Dorothy (Dore) Millichamp, a poem about Mary Northway by Betsy Struthers, a published copy of Child Student in Canada: A Casual History by Mary Northway, and a Toronto Star obituary of Mary Northway.
Also included is an 8 mm film of Windy Pine (3 minutes, silent, colour), featuring Flora Morrison and her dog Charlie at Driftwood cabin, Windy Pine in the 1970s (also copied on DVD).

File includes 1 reel-to-reel and 2 audio cassette tapes labelled Mary Vale Pitts. Pitts (Mrs. George Pitts) was likely a relative of John Northway who came to Canada from Cornwall as a young teenager. File also includes a 25 year pin from Northway and Co. and a tea towel that says "Northway's."
This fonds consists of Mary Ollerhead's notebook with teaching notes. At the back of the book are notes pertaining to her estate after she died. There are a number of notes that Mary wrote pertaining to her estate and funeral arrangements. A carbon copy relating to her will and some sympathy cards are also included. There is a collection of bank books from 1937 to 1953 included in the fonds as well as a retirement letter from the Toronto Board of Education and a few other articles of correspondence.
Ollerhead, Mary Q.The fonds consists of a selection of photocopies of records from the Mary S. Edgar Papers from Queen's University Archives. Included are: correspondence, diaries, and biographical notes. The records deal primarily with Mary Edgar's involvement in organized children's camping at her Camp Glen Bernard, near Sundridge, Ontario. The records range from 1920 to 1970.
Edgar, Mary S.File consists of photographs of Camp Franklin on Georgian Bay. Also includes a New Testament given to Stanton while at Camp Camperdown, 1922. Stanton was at that time a 17 year old student at Havergal College in Toronto. The names of staff at Camperdown are signed in the front of the bible. The camp director was most likely Millicent Payne.
This item is a diary of a European tour from 2 July to 4 September 1914, and of boat trip aboard the SS Megantic (Montreal, Quebec, to Liverpool, England). There are also passenger lists, menus, and postcards included in the diary. The diary has some references to the outbreak of World War I, and the removal of British subjects from the continent. There is also one piece of correspondence included dated 6 September 1914. The diary chronicles a tour through England, France, Holland, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland.

The plan was created by Balmer, Crapo & Associates Inc., a recreation and tourism research, planning, and management firm based in Waterloo, Ontario. It discusses topics such as recreational facilities, parkland, conservation, and city planning. Multiple areas of Peterborough are discussed, including the Little Lake area and waterfront, Morrow Park, and Roger's Cove. Analyses of the present (1978) parks and facilities system are included. The plan also includes information on the socio-demographic conditions in the city at the time. Mr. Paul Wilson, Athletic Director, Trent University, is thanked in the acknowledgements.
