Fonds consists of material relating to the research and initiatives the Trent-Fleming Trail Studies Unit engaged in. Files include correspondence, reports, research material, pamphlets, brochures, conference materials, and other materials. Photographs document the Northumberland Forest trails. CD-ROMS documents project reports. VHS tape documents the television coverage of the Rails to Greenways Conference (1993). Series consists of records documenting the International Camping Congress (ICC), held every three years in locations around the world. Series includes a comprehensive collection of cassette tapes related to the first ICC, the 1994 KUMBAYAH International Camping Congress held in Toronto, Ontario. The series comprises of 7 large binders containing 16 cassette tapes, one small binder containing 8 cassette tapes, and 1 single cassette tape, followed by Congress proceedings [in Japanese], along with various supporting documents related to the congress , such as correspondence and meeting minutes, travel and membership information, schedules, congress agreements, invitations, and manuals. Additionally included are 9 DVDs from the 2014 International Camping Congress. These recordings offer a unique glimpse into the speeches, presentations, and discussions held during the Congress.

This series consists of film, video, and photographs of varsity and intramural athletic events and games at Trent University, including rugby, volleyball, soccer, rowing, cycling, skiing, Head of the Trent, and athletic banquets. This fonds consists of the personal and collected papers of the Honourable Leslie M. Frost, former Premier of Ontario. It contains correspondence; letter books from World War I through his legal and political career to post-retirement phase of public and private directorships; scrapbooks of Leslie Frost and his wife Gertrude; and historical files on various subjects, including the Frost family, the Carew family, various political figures, and Victoria, Peterborough and Haliburton Counties. The fonds is especially valuable for the study of Conservatism and it includes collected campaign material from 1891 to 1971, material on federal and provincial elections, and original and copied historical material on many individuals and events. Also included in the fonds are photographs, miscellaneous graphic materials, and audio visual materials.

This fonds consists of additions of collected historical records of the Ontario Camping Association. It includes: camp brochures; the records of various camps; OCA Board of Directors membership lists, minutes, agendas, financial records, by-laws, and reports from annual meetings; records from the Woodmanship leaders school; Day camp Committee minutes, correspondence, proposals, reports and seminar records; and records collected by the Archives Committee.

This collection consists of sound and video recordings of Generals with camping personalities undertaken by other camping associates. This artificial collection was accumulated by Trent Archives and includes tape recordings found in other camping accessions. Also included are recordings of conference sessions and cassette tape recordings of sessions, addresses and keynote speeches given at the International Camping Congress held at Toronto, January 1983.

This fonds consists of the personal records of Professor Thomas H.B. Symons relating to his activities on various boards and committees as well as Trent University. It includes correspondence; addresses given; articles written; as well as manuscripts, typescripts and research notes, photographs and video tapes.

This fonds consists of a published copy of Iroquois Fires: The Six Nations Lyrics and Lore of Dawendine by Bernice Loft Winslow; a video tape of an interview of Dawendine by Donald Smith in 1993; an audio cassette of Dawendine talking, recorded in 1972; three reel to reel tapes donated [to Dr. Smith] by Helen Rothwell; and two cassette tapes, the first of which includes an interview of Dawendine by Betty Kennedy in 1963 and an introduction by Jane Coventry at the Ontario Camping Association, and the second of which is of Dawendine telling stories at Camp Waseosa. One additional file of correspondence and short story manuscripts, a box of 19 slides, and one cassette tape were added at a later date.
