Fair familyThe fonds consists of a cash book, dated April 1, 1871-January 3, 1883 and an account book, dated 1881-1882 of the Fairdale Cheese Company.
Fairdale Cheese CompanyAlbum contains approximately 100 cartes-de-vistes and cabinet photographs taken by professional photographers in such places as Toronto, Torquay and Oxford (England), Edinburgh, and Buenos Aires. There is a family connection to the Stricklands of Lakefield.
