This fonds consists of two books of poetry by Frederick Montague de la Fosse, "Verses Grave and Gay" and "A Dream and An Allegory" which are signed by the author and given to Helen Anderson from him. Also included in the fonds are some poems, all signed by de la Fosse and letters to Helen Anderson from de la Fosse as well as two photographs of de la Fosse; one as a young man (signed on the back) and one of him as an older man.
Anderson, Helen M.This item is an account book kept by the Grafton Woman's Missionary Society between 1911 and 1926. The Society kept track of expenses, membership and profits. The book has members names and what they paid in membership plus donations from members who were unable to attend meetings. There is also a Treasurer's quarterly report booklet which can be found between the pages of the account book.

Another book covers someone's personal expenses from 1887 to 1889. The third book covers someone's accounts from 1912 to 1915. The fourth book has a few expenses in it but it is mostly a handwritten English to French phase translation book with accompanying letters from an agency which placed governesses.
This fonds consists of correspondence concerning the estate of Mary Blake of Cornwall, England. The records were in the possession of George M. Furby Esq., manager of The Midland Loan and Savings Company in Port Hope, Ontario, who helped to settle her estate.

A large portion of the records are debentures showing sale of land to William Bateson and other people. There are three wills; one for Isaac Bateson, one for Ellen Bateson (parents of William Bateson) and one for William Bateson. The fonds also includes some earlier, apparently unrelated records regarding other properties. This fonds is an excellent source of history on the Bateson family.
Bateson familyThis fonds consists of legal documents which are mostly protests against Alexander McIntosh for promissory notes that were not honoured. The protesters are local Peterborough businesses and banks. There are also by-laws and other documents of a legal nature from North Monaghan township including some information on School Sections Nos. 1-4 and a class list for School Section No. 3.
McIntosh, AlexanderThis fonds consists of three notebooks which belonged to various members of the Nimmo family. The notebook belonging to Robert Davidson Nimmo holds accounts from 1860 to 1865. The notebook belonging to T.J. Nimmo contains recipes for tanning and taxidermy, circa 1893. There is an account book belonging to Mrs. R. Nimmo dating from 1898 to 1906 and a diary of A.R.M. Nimmo from 1908.
Nimmo familyThis item is a scrapbook containing assorted clippings from between 1827 and 1844. Many of the clippings are about temperance and religious matters. The scrapbook is made from a copy of the Appendix to the Journal of Assembly, Upper Canada, Session 1839-40, Vol. 1, Part 2.
This scrapbook contains clippings about World War I and photographs of the Trent Canal and River system including Lakefield Canoe Co., Kirkfield and the Peterborough Lift Lock. The people in the photographs are unidentified.

The return address reads "Department of Pathology, (Bacteriology Section) Toronto General Hospital" while the label on the cover reads "Notes on Military Lectures Given to the Officers' Training Corps of the Army Service Department of the Canadian Militia at Toronto".

Eggleton, and the notification of birth registration for their daughter Mary Patricia Eggleton.
