Series consists of records relating to T. H. Stinson's professional and private life. Included are pamphlets, photographs, and postcards documenting the 1913 Christian North American Tour, in which the Stinsons participated; records documenting Stinson's legal and political career include law school notebooks (1904-1910). Also included is a scrapbook regarding the 1921 election; campaign files and notes from the 1930 general election; newspaper clippings regarding the depression and the Bennett government, memoranda, correspondence regarding the riding organization (1933-1935); records relating to the Conservative Party Caucus Study club; correspondence regarding the 1935 election; and House of Commons materials. This series also contains correspondence, bills, a scrapbook, and other material from Ella Stinson (nee Robson) relating to the Independent Order, Daughters of the Empire (IODE) (1918-1923).

Series consists of records relating to T.H. Stinson's political career from approximately the 1920s to mid 1940s. Included are campaign files; notes regarding Leslie Frost's 1934 provincial campaign; correspondence; 1937 election posters; federal (1935) and provincial (1937) voter tally boards; polling information for the Electoral District of Victoria from the 1920s; and maps for the District of Victoria, Haliburton and surrounding districts from the 1930s, and Bobcaygeon (ca. 1944).

Stinson's legal practice; correspondence regarding 1924 political ridings in Ontario; the Liberal-Conservative Association of Ontario; and the Kiwanis Club. Also included are some handwritten notes by [Stinson?]; a small collection of ephemera and photographs; an undated and unsigned paper titled "The Struggle for Liberty Under the Stuarts;" and two pads of House of Commons letterhead. The series also contains a teaching notebook from Ella Stinson (nee Robson).

Series consists of material pertaining to Standen’s positions on the Board of Directors, Board of Trustees and as the Chair of the Academic Committee at the Canadian Canoe Museum, including re-structuring committee action plans and meeting minutes, governance restructuring and membership correspondence, future educational programs and projects, and partnership proposals from the Hudson’s Bay Company. Additionally included are loan agreements and correspondence with the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre (PWNHC) regarding borrowing Birch Bark Canoes, and correspondence with CBC National about filming a documentary with the Canadian Canoe Museum, as well as documents related to John Ralston Saul (His Excellency) visiting the Canadian Canoe Museum.

Series consists of material pertaining to Standen’s work in research and publishing, including manuscripts, essays, articles and book reviews for the Canadian Banker, the Canadian Historical Review, the French Colonial Historical Society, the Encyclopedia of the North American Colonies, the British Journal of Canadian Studies, Richard Mannings, and Peter McLeod, as well as documents related to various workshops and conferences, and correspondence.

Also included are 5 illustrated maps, including of the Lower Great Lakes [ca. 1740], Great Lakes Heartland, French posts, Amerindian nations, and Kanawake and Lake Champlain routes [ca.1726-1748], and of birch bark country [unknown date].

Also included are documents related to the aging workforce research pilot project, a one-time grant from the Federal Governments’ New Horizons for Seniors Program to explore how aging Peterborough workers can be assisting in preparing for retirement by others who have already retired.
