This series consists of scrapbooks and files of newspaper clippings documenting athletics at Trent. Most scrapbooks include newspaper clippings from local newspapers (The Peterborough Examiner, Peterborough This Week, and the Arthur). Scrapbooks and newspaper clippings highlight competitions and sporting events related to Trent Varsity teams and local athletic achievements, and personal achievements by local athletes on an international level such as the Olympics.
Fonds consists of a complete set of the Wilderness Canoe Association periodical. The periodical was first named Beaverdamn (1974), then The Wilderness Canoeist (1975-1981), followed by Nastawgan (1982-current). Also included are miscellaneous records related to the Wilderness Canoe Association, i.e., membership list 1989, brochures, letterhead, by-laws, minutes of one meeting (2002), and 33 photo contact prints.
Muller, ClaireCollection consists of pamphlets, flyers, newsletters, and government reports regarding agricultural policy, issues, and regulations, especially pertaining to the Durham County region. Subjects include soil conditions, pesticide and herbicide use, etc.
Daniel, PatrickThis newspaper was published weekly at Ohsweken, Ontario and was a Six Nations publication. Local Mohawk issues plus general community events and politics were reported.
