This fonds consists of four expense books. One book contains a price list for assorted household items listed in alphabetical order from 1912 to 1915. Another book covers someone's personal expenses from 1887 to 1889. The third book covers someone's accounts from 1912 to 1915. The fourth book has a few expenses in it but it is mostly a handwritten English to French phase translation book with accompanying letters from an agency which placed governesses.

McHolm of her life in Frome, Somerset, England, to March 1913, then the memoirs of life as a domestic on the Canadian prairies, outside of Regina, to December 1920. The fonds also includes two booklets of Mrs. McHolm's poetry, The Indiscretion of Mary Jane and Sunset at Golden Hill. Additional material received in 2003 includes another book of poetry, Singing With a Swing, and newspaper clippings regarding Minnie McHolm. Also included are 2 Christmas cards featuring McHolm poems signed by Minnie McHolm and a newspaper obituary.

Martyn's mill and damThis fonds consists of Mary Ollerhead's notebook with teaching notes. At the back of the book are notes pertaining to her estate after she died. There are a number of notes that Mary wrote pertaining to her estate and funeral arrangements. A carbon copy relating to her will and some sympathy cards are also included. There is a collection of bank books from 1937 to 1953 included in the fonds as well as a retirement letter from the Toronto Board of Education and a few other articles of correspondence.

The letters contain comments on the ethnic nature of the population, farming prospects, and the election riot of November 1871. The letters were written between October 30, 1870 and October 5, 1874.

This fonds consists of legal documents which are mostly protests against Alexander McIntosh for promissory notes that were not honoured. The protesters are local Peterborough businesses and banks. There are also by-laws and other documents of a legal nature from North Monaghan township including some information on School Sections Nos. 1-4 and a class list for School Section No. 3.

One of these two is a duplicate of photo #400, Box 14, and is of Calcutt House, Peterborough. A negative is attached. The other is a duplicate of photo #27 of Album #6, Box 15, and is of a cottage on Little Otter Island, Stoney Lake, Ontario. A negative is attached. The other two photographs are of the Canadian General Electric Company building, Peterborough. One is an exterior shot and the other an interior. Also included is a negative of photo #48, Box 1 Folder 4 of The Peterborough City Photograph Collection (83-008), and is of the Salvation Army Barracks, Peterborough. None of the photographs and negatives are dated. Also included is a photocopy of a map of Stoney Lake, with Little Otter Island highlighted.

The notebook belonging to T.J. Nimmo contains recipes for tanning and taxidermy, circa 1893. There is an account book belonging to Mrs. R. Nimmo dating from 1898 to 1906 and a diary of A.R.M. Nimmo from 1908.
