Fonds consists of correspondence, research material, and publications relating to Burke's research on A.J.M. Smith’s professional career and personal life, gathered during her doctoral studies at the University of Ottawa (1975-1978). The correspondence includes letters with Smith’s contemporaries and Burke’s nomination of Smith for an honorary degree at the University of Calgary. Photocopied research material includes course listings from Michigan State between 1931 and 1945 (when Smith worked there) and histories of the university. Also includes an audio cassette of 1965 WUOM Radio broadcast "A Tribute to Roethke," featuring E.G. Burrows (host), Allan Seeger; Donald Hall; A.J.M. Smith; Nelson Bently.
Burke, AnneFonds consists of records created and compiled by Dr. Margaret Doxey in her capacity as a professor in the Department of Political Studies at Trent University (1967-1991), as well as family photographs, poetry, and fiction. Publications written by Dr. Doxey following her retirement from Trent University are also included. Files documenting her professional life include publications for and about the United Nations (1996-1997 and 2007), professional correspondence, and collected publications. Fonds also includes creative writing associated with her professional life, poetry, stories, and records relating to Dr. Doxey’s family and childhood, including a list of her encounters with royalty and a small selection of family photographs. The oversized box contains a tribute scrapbook album from Dr. Doxey’s retirement from Trent University in 1991.

Fonds consists of indexes and other material compiled by Joan Murray in 1970, in her capacity as art editor for The Canadian Forum. Contains two three-ring binders of textual and graphic records, one print copy of The Canadian Forum from April-May 1970, and a 1-page handwritten note [in Murray's hand?]. The first binder (7 cm) contains an index of all illustrations by artists in The Canadian Forum until 1970, organized alphabetically by artist. The second binder (4 cm) contains an index of select articles in The Canadian Forum between 1930 and 1950, organized alphabetically by subject matter. The print copy of the magazine is the 50th anniversary edition, dated April-May 1970. The handwritten note is titled "Themes of the time."
Murray, JoanFonds consists of administrative records and correspondence documenting Camp MI-A-KON-DA, mostly from the period when Catherine and George Ross were the owners of the camp (1979-1998). Records include staff and C.I.T. manuals, director's notes, registration information, publicity material, and staff recruitment material. Material relating to the 1979 and 1998 ownership transfers is included. Correspondence includes letters to and from parents, campers, staff, and camping associates.

Trent UniversityThis fonds consists of letters from a servant girl, Isabella Brownlie in Otonabee to her brother Claud in Scotland. After 1845, the letters are from Isabella and her husband James Miller. The fonds also contains two photographs, one of Isabella's brother, Claud Brownlie, with his wife, Elizabeth [Kendrick], and the second of Claud Brownlie alone, as well as a diploma for Thomas Menzies Miller, 1891.
Miller, IsabellaThis item is a scrapbook containing Victorian magazine clippings, newspaper clippings, receipts from a trip to Europe in 1885, clippings regarding John Miller's student days at Queen's University from 1882 to 1886, concert and theatre programs from Lindsay, Kingston, Peterborough (including ventriloquist and mind reading events), London, England theatre programs and newspaper clippings regarding a murder trial heard in Woodstock, Ontario, 1890.

Mannheim, KarlThis fond consists of three scrapbooks of assorted clippings covering topics such as: handicrafts, holidays, recipes, entertainment, poetry and songs. It also includes attendance records, trustee meetings, teachers’ contacts, religious instruction, authorized textbooks and other education related records for School Section No. 10, Brock Township, Ontario. Lastly, there are three atlases in this collection. Two of them are of the county of Ontario and the third one is a geographical, astronomical, historical home atlas.
Sproule familyThis addition to the fonds consists of photocopies of the field notes, diary and report of the survey of the Bobcaygeon Road (Township of Bobcaygeon) from Somerville to Bell's Line, 1858 by land surveyor Michael Deane. Includes comments on timber and soil with diagrams and a typescript of a letter to the Commissioner of Crown Lands dated September 7, 1858.
Bobcaygeon RoadThis fonds consists of photocopies of the field notes of a Bobcaygeon-Nipissing Road survey, in diagram form, with notations as to timber and soil types as well as other important observations. The fonds also includes photocopies and a transcript of final report dated September 1, 1860 by land surveyor Crosbie Brady.

The materials in the fonds make reference to World War I; Peterborough County; hydro-electric companies in Canada and the third world; photographs, postcards, maps and plans of the Trent Canal; City of Peterborough; and locations in Bolivia, Europe and North America.
Munro familyThis addition to the fonds consists of photocopies of the original report and field notes of the re-survey of the Bobcaygeon Road, between the Townships of Ridout and Sherborne, in the District of Muskoka and the County of Haliburton. The notes are in diagram form with notations regarding soil and timber. The report and field notes were written by land surveyor E.L. Burgess.

The field notes are in diagram form with remarks on soil and timber. The fonds also includes notes on side roads, Concession "A", Township of Sherbourne, Ridout, Franklin and the "Queen's Line", and the Township of Franklin. Also included is a typescript of a report dated July 15, 1862 to Hon. Wm. Macdougall, Commissioner of Crown Lands. The report, etc. were written by J. Stoughton Dennis.
