This fonds consists primarily of research materials relevant to Larry Turner's books and activities. The fonds also contains personal correspondence, as well as research and work- related correspondence. Approximately 627 photographs, mostly of random locations in Ontario, are included in this fonds. Fonds includes 9 diaries written by Turner between 1977 and 1985.

This fonds consists of records of Laura Belle Hodgins who was Chair of the Kitchener, Ontario, Branch of the Women's Voluntary Services from 1942 to 1946; papers and legal documents of Stanley and Laura Belle Hodgins who bought Camp Wanapitei (a wilderness canoe tripping camp) in the mid-1950s; and correspondence, legal records, financial records, and camper, staff and program records of Camp Wanapitei under the directorship of Bruce Hodgins from 1960 to 1985.

This collection consists of sound and video recordings of Generals with camping personalities undertaken by other camping associates. This artificial collection was accumulated by Trent Archives and includes tape recordings found in other camping accessions.
