File contains records relating to material relating to work done by the Indian-Eskimo Association of Canada with Indigenous Peoples in the North. records include correspondence from Dr. Sutherland, on behalf of the IEA looking to acquire a Cessna 180 plane for use in the Northwest Territories and Yukon. Also contained are educational pamphlets for the IEA, a May 1962 newsletter of the IEA, and an editorial by Eleanor Sutherland, titled "A New Approach for Native People in Canada's North."
Indian-Eskimo Association of CanadaFile includes a scenic panoramic titled "Camp Tanamakoon, Summer Camp for Girls, Operated by Miss Mary Hamilton, Algonquin Park Station, Ontario Can." (photographer: P.E. McDonald, ca. 1925). Also includes a photograph album dated 1925 containing approximately 75 photographs of Camp Tanamakoon. The photographs were taken or gathered by Sheila Playfair McGillivray, a senior camper in 1925; a few pertain to logging in Algonquin Park.
Collection consists of various publications relating to, and collected as part of Project North: The Interchurch Project on Northern Development. Includes material from the Northern Native Rights Campaign, the Project North newsletter, Project North Journal, and other materials.
Items in this small collection include illuminated poems by Richard Outram; many signed and illuminated single poems; a special edition of Canadian Notes & Queries (2003) dedicated to Barbara Howard; a memorial card of the service held in memory of Richard Outram and Barbara Howard at the Arts and Letters Club, April, 2005.
The photographs were taken by Mr. William Martyn who lives on Alexander Ave. in Peterborough, Ontario, next to the hospital. Over the years, whatever the weather, Mr. Martyn produced a complete chronicle of the building/demolition process. Many hours too, were spent arranging and compiling the photographs on the disks into a comprehensive slide show.
File consists of material compiled for a project on the history of Camp Wangoma, including 12 editions of a newsletter, "Wangomatters - 50 years - Before the Memories Fade" and a written history of the camp. Files are available in both paper and digital form.
YMCA Camp WangomaCollection includes material documenting the history of the YMCA Camp Sunfish camp. Most records pertain to the leasing and maintenance of the property from Elliot-Croft Camp, who leased it to the Danforth Young Men's Christian Association to be used as a camp for boys. Collection consists of taped interviews undertaken by Adria of Peter Gzowski (1992; 2 audio cassette tapes); Mel Hurtig (1992; 1 audio cassette tape); and Ted Byfield (1993, 1 audio cassette tape).
File consists of letters, pamphlets, testimonies and petitions pertaining to 80 Hibakusha who wanted to make a presentation to the U.N. in June 1982 opposing the proliferation of nuclear weapons but were denied entry to the United States. "Hibakusha" are victims of the atomic bombs which destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August, 1945.
File contains a binder assembled by Alf Grigg relating to his time as a coordinator and supervisor for the city of Toronto Teen Leadership Camp. Within the binder are documents and letters from campers, staff and Griggs himself regarding their time at the Leadership Camp. Additionally, there are also photographs of the camp and campers from 1984, 1987 and 1988.

Collection consists of printouts of digitized letters, photographs, and transcripts pertaining to the Prouse family of Little Britain, City of Kawartha Lakes (formerly part of Mairposa Township), Victoria County. Family names represented in the papers include: Margaret and John Prouse; Dennis Patrick Sears (1970s correspondence); Lawson Orser (1970s correspondence); Broad family members; Joseph Dix; and others. A printout of the "History of the Dix Family" (1 May 1897) by Joseph Dix is also included.

This collection consists of transcripts of minutes of the Board of Directors' of the Canadian Land and Emigration Company, 1868-1885, and annual reports of Bronson and Weston, lumber merchants, 1876-1884, with whom the Company did business. Also included are excerpts from the diaries of Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Stewart, agent for the company in Haliburton, and their son Charles E. Stewart, 1865-66 and 1870.
Canadian Land and Emigration CompanyThis fonds consists of photocopies of the field notes of a Bobcaygeon-Nipissing Road survey, in diagram form, with notations as to timber and soil types as well as other important observations. The fonds also includes photocopies and a transcript of final report dated September 1, 1860 by land surveyor Crosbie Brady.

Trent UniversityFonds consists of indexes and other material compiled by Joan Murray in 1970, in her capacity as art editor for The Canadian Forum. Contains two three-ring binders of textual and graphic records, one print copy of The Canadian Forum from April-May 1970, and a 1-page handwritten note [in Murray's hand?]. The first binder (7 cm) contains an index of all illustrations by artists in The Canadian Forum until 1970, organized alphabetically by artist. The second binder (4 cm) contains an index of select articles in The Canadian Forum between 1930 and 1950, organized alphabetically by subject matter. The print copy of the magazine is the 50th anniversary edition, dated April-May 1970. The handwritten note is titled "Themes of the time."
