This collection consists of a covering letter providing some historical background of the Rail Trail movement, a bibliography on the subject, two issues of the organization's periodical, a map of Southern Ontario called "Trails for Today and Tomorrow" showing proposed trails and green-ways, and a folder outlining Kawartha Rail Trails.

Dunlop, HeatherThis fonds consists of documents and correspondence relating to the presentation of Trent University honorary degrees to Dr. J. Harry Ebbs and Mary Northway. The fonds also contains documents relating to Mary's death and her bequest of two million dollars to Trent University, various documents relating to Ontario camps and to the Brora Centre, and miscellaneous photographs.
Ebbs, AdeleThis fonds consists of programmes, annual reports, a memorial certificate for the 90th anniversary of the Lyceum Club and signed by Peter Adams, photos of club events and award winners, etc., administrative papers, a scrapbook, and Rug Group log books.
Lyceum Club and Women's Art Association of PeterboroughThis fonds consists of Young Women's Christian Association scrapbooks from 1976-1993, and a photograph of the YWCA swim club "The Silver Finnettes" from the 1930's. Also included are several identified and unidentified photographs of YWCA staff and volunteers, and of buildings. There are also slides of the staff, and miscellaneous slides.
Young Women's Christian AssociationThis addition to the fonds consists of correspondence between Gavin Henderson and Professor George Warecki; Harvey Locke when President of Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society; and, the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources. The fonds also contain the program and letters of congratulation regarding Gavin's Order of Canada which was conferred in 1993. Records pertaining to the St. Lawrence Islands National Parks and the Thousand Islands Heritage area, early minutes of the Conservation Council of Ontario (1951-1955), brochures published by the Council as well as articles by Gavin Henderson are also included in the fonds.

The fonds has minutes of the Tamarack Association, correspondence, form letters, bulletins, photographs, financial statements, inventories, accounts, reports, camp programmes, menus, brochures, insurance policies, construction proposals, Public Health Department licenses and reports, minutes of the Camp Services Co-operative and other information regarding school camping and the Boy Scouts of Canada.

Ontario Camps AssociationThis addition to the fonds consists of publicity and public relations materials, correspondence, files on each sport and staff records for the 1986 Ontario Summer Games held in Peterborough, Ontario at Trent University.
Ontario Summer Games (1986)This fonds consists of correspondence and reports relating to the National and Provincial Parks Association of Canada as well as the personal papers of Gavin Henderson. There are records on conservation, Quetico Park, the Niagara area such as the American Falls and information on Banff and Jasper National Parks. Included in the fonds is the thesis of George Warecki entitled "Protecting Ontario's Wilderness: A History of Wilderness Conservation in Ontario." Also included in the fonds are various publications on wilderness, outdoor recreation, conservation and naturalist activities. There are also four scrapbooks which contain clippings regarding conservation, parks and the 1972 winter olympics.
Henderson, GavinThis addition to the fonds consists of correspondence, interview tapes and drafts of manuscripts written by Scott Young such as Powerplay: The Memoirs of Hockey Czar Alan Eagleson and The Boys of Saturday Night. The fonds also includes interview tapes of Don Cherry, Ron Harrison, Bill Hewitt, and other hockey coaches, players and team owners. There is also an autographed copy of War on Ice; personal correspondence and greeting cards. We have copied out Scott's famous spaghetti sauce recipe (see note below).
Young, ScottThis fonds consists of records of Laura Belle Hodgins who was Chair of the Kitchener, Ontario, Branch of the Women's Voluntary Services from 1942 to 1946; papers and legal documents of Stanley and Laura Belle Hodgins who bought Camp Wanapitei (a wilderness canoe tripping camp) in the mid-1950s; and correspondence, legal records, financial records, and camper, staff and program records of Camp Wanapitei under the directorship of Bruce Hodgins from 1960 to 1985.

Ontario Camps AssociationThis addition to the fonds consists of administrative records of the Canadian Camping Association from 1936 to 1962, including a complete set of annual, executive and board meeting minutes from 1936 to 1957, the constitution, structure, bibliography and camping history. Records regarding joint conferences with Quebec Camping Association, the Ontario Camping Association and the Ontario Camping Association Research Committee are also included.
Canadian Camping AssociationThis fonds consists of the administrative records of the Ontario Research Council on Leisure (ORCOL), minutes and agendas of the board of directors as well as issues of Recreation Review and the Journal of Applied Recreation Research. The records were generated by the Ontario Recreation Research Committee.
Ontario Research Council on LeisureThis fonds consists of a dedication program for the cenotaph honouring the heroes of the Great War (World War I) in Millbrook on June 23, 1921. There is also a photograph of the Millbrook Lacrosse Team of 1881 who were the Champions of Central Ontario. The photograph has a list of names affixed to the back of it.

Northway such as cassettes with interviews, family wills, photographs and slides, an honorary doctorate from Trent University, correspondence and documents regarding the transfer of deed of Windy Pine property to Trent University, materials relating to camping and to Nominigan as well as copies of Mary Northway's publications. There are also business-related photographs, correspondence, etc. of John Northway, Mary Northway's grandfather. One file of papers regarding the Neathern Trust was added in 1992.
