Matthews, William H. Johnson, Joseph Keeler, William Maxwell, David [P--], and Thomas Kelso. Also included are estate documents relating to Mary Jane Cowie, 1932, and miscellaneous receipts.
Haldimand TownshipCollection includes created by Trent University's Haliburton-centred bioregionalism course. Records includes papers and reports prepared by students, reports and resource material on Haliburton, articles on regionalism, files pertaining to the Golden Lake First Nation land claim, a coursepack binder of resources, and copies of oral history interviews on cassette (originals held by the Haliburton County Museum).
Collection is arranged into 9 series: Student papers; Photocopied book, articles, and other resources on lumbering, agriculture and other topipcs; Audiovisual materials; Haliburton region reports and resources; Haliburton tourism information; Golden Lake land claim files; John Wadland's bioregionalism files; Bioregionalism coursepack and other educational materials; and maps.
This collection consists of a ledger dated 1880-1905 created by Robert Henry Reid which records transactions for goods sold or services exchanged for goods. The merchandise involved appears to be that of a general store or farm supply depot. Also included is a journal (and typescript) created by Frederick Reid describing his move west from Ontario to Edmonton between 1907 and 1909. A biographical note about Fred by his son is included at the end. Collection also includes a letter to Harold A. Reid from Florence Reid and two copy photographs: one of Fred and Louise Reid, 1949 and one of the school house which Frederick Reid attended, 1946.
Reid, HaroldThis fonds consists of a series of programmes from dramatic productions performed at Hart House Theatre, University of Toronto, between 1919 and 1935. Some of the programmes are autographed by the players.

Hay-Dunlop familyFile consists of letters, pamphlets, testimonies and petitions pertaining to 80 Hibakusha who wanted to make a presentation to the U.N. in June 1982 opposing the proliferation of nuclear weapons but were denied entry to the United States. "Hibakusha" are victims of the atomic bombs which destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August, 1945.
File consists of two notebooks, one of which seems to be records of the South Monaghan [Agricultural Society?], 1882-1908, plus a notebook of clippings regarding compensation for flooding of the area farm land by the Trent Canal system, 1915. Also, one portrait (unidentified) of a woman, ca. 1890.
File includes a composite photograph, Osgood Hall Law School Final Year, 1921 and a Province of Ontario certificate appointing Leslie Frost ""to be one of Our Counsel learned in the Law for Our Province of Ontario," 1933.
This fonds consists of an article entitled "Ice on Rice Lake" which was written in 1985 for the Trent Alumnus magazine. Also included is a photocopy of the September, 1858 issue of The Canadian Journal of Industry, Science and Art entitled "Ice Phenomena, from Observations on Rice Lake" by J.H. Dumble. An original copy of The Canadian Journal from June 1855 is included in the fonds. It has an article entitled "On the Action of Ice Upon the Bridge at Rice Lake" by T.C. Clarke and two copies of an article from the Arctic journal in 1992 entitled "J.B. Tyrell and D.H. Dumble on Lake Ice".

Collection consists of photocopies of newspaper clippings gathered as part of the press clippings service for Indian and Northern Affairs from June 10 1989 to August 30 1990. The photocopies are on a wide range of topics all concerning Indigenous peoples and communities. A large portion of the articles are about the Oka Crisis with mention to Alanis Obomsawin and the Kanehsatake Resistance, as well as the Meech Lake Accord with mention to Premier Robert Bourassa and the groups, The Native Council of Canada, The Inuit Tapirisat of Canada, and The Assembly of First Nations.
File contains records relating to material relating to work done by the Indian-Eskimo Association of Canada with Indigenous Peoples in the North. records include correspondence from Dr. Sutherland, on behalf of the IEA looking to acquire a Cessna 180 plane for use in the Northwest Territories and Yukon. Also contained are educational pamphlets for the IEA, a May 1962 newsletter of the IEA, and an editorial by Eleanor Sutherland, titled "A New Approach for Native People in Canada's North."
Indian-Eskimo Association of CanadaCollection consists of several Indigenous newspaper titles. The publications are dated primarily in the 1970s and 1980s and are, in most cases, Canadian in origin. See file listings for more information on each individual title.
Collection includes Peterborough Teachers College material pertaining to the school experience of Iris E. King (later Mrs. Dean Baker). File includes correspondence, brochures, class members list, a school crest drawing, newspaper clippings (1956-1957), and 40th anniversary reunion materials (1997).
File contains images and audiotapes pertaining to the career of James Armstrong, member of the RCMP, while stationed at Alexandria Fjord, Ellesmere Island, Northwest Territories (now Nunavut) between 1958 and 1961. Included are two items created in 2015: one compact disc of 14 audio mp3 files titled “Alexander Fjord” (containing recollections of James Armstrong); and, one flash drive of copies of images taken from 1433 slides of Alexander Fjord (included are images of nine Inuit families of Alexander Fjord that were under the supervision of Armstrong; images of Armstrong himself; northern airplanes; northern scenery, etc.).

Cole, Jean MurrayFonds consists of indexes and other material compiled by Joan Murray in 1970, in her capacity as art editor for The Canadian Forum. Contains two three-ring binders of textual and graphic records, one print copy of The Canadian Forum from April-May 1970, and a 1-page handwritten note [in Murray's hand?]. The first binder (7 cm) contains an index of all illustrations by artists in The Canadian Forum until 1970, organized alphabetically by artist. The second binder (4 cm) contains an index of select articles in The Canadian Forum between 1930 and 1950, organized alphabetically by subject matter. The print copy of the magazine is the 50th anniversary edition, dated April-May 1970. The handwritten note is titled "Themes of the time."
Murray, JoanCollection consists of correspondence, surveys, notes, plans, and maps of Peterborough area surveyors John Huston, John Reid, Alfred J. Cameron, and John W. Pierce. Also included are speeches, newspaper clippings, biographical accounts of various local surveyors, miscellaneous published items re Peterborough, and documents and photographs relating to Pierce's survey of the Ontario-Manitoba border in 1921.
