Therefore, Robert Green Esquire Steward ----- In this Court it is found by the homage (jury) that Thomas Bowles Gentleman who held to him and his heirs diverse copyhold lands and hereunto hold of the said Manor before this Court ---- and that Bowles Crowder is his kinsman and next heir who presented in Court of the Lords of the said manor to be admitted tenant to --- three ---- of pasture containing four acres woods and half and forty acres of land sometimes ---- [indecipherable] at a Court here holden for the said Manor the sixth day of June 1737 may appear to whom the Lords by their said steward granted Bowles Crowder [indecipherable] thereof by the road to hold the said premises with the appointances[?] to the said Bowles Crowder his heirs and assignees of the Lord of the said Manor at the will of the lord according to the customs [of the said manor] by the annual rent of £1/3/8 suit of court and other services therefor and Right accustomed and he make his [?] and fealty and is therof [indecipherable] tenant.
