This fonds consists of the family and personal papers of William Hamilton Munro, his brothers Reid and Alan and his sister Effie. The materials in the fonds make reference to World War I; Peterborough County; hydro-electric companies in Canada and the third world; photographs, postcards, maps and plans of the Trent Canal; City of Peterborough; and locations in Bolivia, Europe and North America.

File consists of Prof. John Wadland’s subject file on Alice Munro. This file includes newspaper clippings, and photocopied book chapters. Topics include her success with each of her novels, review pieces on her novel Friend of My Youth, Monro’s connection to Ontario, as well as photocopies of Munro’s chapters The Flat Roads and Heirs of the Living Body from her novel Lives of Girls and Women.

Fonds is comprised of materials pertaining to the life and career of playwright and author Munroe Scott. Included are miscellaneous correspondence files as well as manuscripts, correspondence, copyright permissions, research files, publicity materials, and reviews pertaining to his several books and plays. Included are 39 cassette tapes (and transcripts) of interviews by Munroe Scott with Dominion Sculptor Eleanor Milne and with authors, artists, and academics associated with Milne's work.

File consists of photographs of Noel Murphy (d.2017). He worked at Trent University from 1966 to 1999 he was the Chair of the Association of the Teaching Staff (A.T.S.) in 1982.
