File consists of two copies of Katherine E. Wallis: Canadian Sculptor by A. Roger Collins. One copy is inscribed "Dear Aunt Elise with much love from 'Alas!' and 'Alack!,' Happy Memories, 1949". Elise may refer to Elise Roux (1853-1953), wife of Thomas Alexander Stewart Hay (son of Dr. Thomas Hay and Anna Maria Stewart). Loosely inserted is an unidentified photograph of a woman.
The second copy is inscribed "Helen Dear for the new house, Love from Alice, 1953". Helen may refer to the donor's aunt, Helen Frances Mathias who married Rod Stuart; Alice may refer to the author, Alice Roger Collins.

File also includes two removable flash memory devices containing Dr. Mathias' PhD dissertation as well as digital images, slides, and photographs linked to archaeology work conducted by Mathias in Newfoundland, Qatar and Afghanistan. The dissertation provides context for the images.

The fonds consists of concert and theatre programs from Millbrook, Ontario; World War I materials including prisoner-of-war post cards, and photographs; and theatre programs, menus and other material relating to entertainments which allied prisoners in German war camps devised for their own amusement and which were collected by Lieutenant W.E. Fonds consists of original letters, certificates, sketches and maps pertaining to the family of Thomas Alexander Stewart and Frances Stewart of Peterborough, Ontario and their descendents. Included are letters to Ellen Dunlop written by Frances Stewart, Catharine Parr Traill, Harriet Beaufort, and others. Also included are pieces of sheet music and music certificates of Alice Roger Collins; medical certificates of Doctor Thomas Hay; newspaper clippings related to Katherine E. Wallis; and a scrapbook of nineteenth-century ferns and mosses of the United Kingdom.

This fonds consists of Mary Ollerhead's notebook with teaching notes. At the back of the book are notes pertaining to her estate after she died. There are a number of notes that Mary wrote pertaining to her estate and funeral arrangements. A carbon copy relating to her will and some sympathy cards are also included. There is a collection of bank books from 1937 to 1953 included in the fonds as well as a retirement letter from the Toronto Board of Education and a few other articles of correspondence.
