Fonds consists of research notes, maps, photographs, slides, trip diaries and a draft manuscript relating to the 1990 publication "A Walk on the Canol Road: Exploring the First Major Northern Pipeline" by S.R. (Sandy) Gage. A copy of this book is included in the fonds.

This fonds consists of three photograph albums. The bulk of the photographs are unidentified; however, some of the photographs are apparently members of the Sawers, Crawford, Lawrie, and Beck families. There are some photographs of ranching and farming in Western Canada.

File consists of photographs of Lionel Rubinoff the Vice-Dean of Arts and Science and Principal of Julian Blackburn College (1981-1985).

File consists of photographs of Dr. Peter Royle (1934-2017). Dr. Royle was a professor of French Studies at Trent University from 1969 to 1996.
