Series consists of general administrative files related to operations and management of the International Camping Fellowship and International Camping Congress, providing insight into the overall functioning and administration of the organization. Also included are program proposals, outlines and scheduling details, samples of official letterhead used by the ICF, budget reports and financial documents outlining budget and financial management of the ICF, contact information of individuals and organizations affiliated with the ICF, and documents related to the management and content of the ICF website.

Fonds consists of records of the Trent University PC (Progressive Conservative) Club, a student organization, from the late 1960s and early 1970s. Records include PC Club minutes, correspondence, and other papers, as well as materials issued by the Progressive Conservative Youth Federation (PCYF) Ontario Progressive Conservative Student Association (OPCSA), and Progressive Conservative National Headquarters. The first file in the fonds contains a handwritten "list of materials from Trent PC Club turned over to government documents section, Bata Library," dated May 2, 1973, and includes a list of the contents of these files.

Item is an original handwritten manuscript of the proceedings of the British Parliament during the reign of James I, dated February 1620 to December 1621. The manuscript is written on rag paper and is 117 pages in length. It is bound in half-calf, and the spine has the inscription: "Phillips MSS 3093." The binder's ticket on the inside cover has the inscription: "Bretherton ligavit 1848."
