Box 2 is comprised of materials relating to Volume 43.2 (Spring 2009); Volume 43.3 (Fall 2009); and Volume 44.1 (Winter 2010). Box 3 is comprised of material relating to Volume 44.1 (continued from Box 2). Box 4 is comprised of material relating to Volume 44.2 (Spring 2010).

Fonds consists of Harley Cummings' research material for Early Days in Haliburton, published in 1963. Included are original wage lists, letters, receipts, accounting records, and agreements of the Ottawa logging company, Bronsons and Weston, with several documents relating to their York Branch operation. Documents relating to business transactions with the Boyd lumbering company of Bobcaygeon, and with individuals along the Peterson Road and Bobcaygeon Road who provided supplies and lodging for the workers comprise a part of the holdings. Mentioned are the Egan Farm in Dungannon Township, Hastings County, and the Bruton Farm on the Peterson Road in Haliburton County. There are references, too, to the operation of cadges between locations (commercial carriers which transported supplies by horses and sleigh/buggy). Also included are copy maps; photographs; notes; handwritten transcriptions of diaries of Alexander Niven and of Mrs. C.R. Stewart; and photographs of Lillian de Grassi Boyd, the Blomfield [Blumfield] family of Lakefield, and the Strickland homestead in Lakefield.

Collection consists of genealogical material collected by Pat Bolger for her research on Percival J. Cooney (1871-1932) who wrote Kinsmen, published originally in 1916 and then reprinted in 1992. Cooney was born in Peterborough, Ontario. One of his brothers, Franklin Cooney, became Governor of Montana.

Folder 1 contains textual records, photocopied newspaper articles and genealogical charts. Folder 2 contains photographs of the Cooney family.

Fonds consists of book drafts, research notes, correspondence with other scholars, reviewers and publishers, grants documentation, day books and diaries. Professor Dellamora's witings in this fonds include the book "Friendship's Bonds: Democracy and the Novel in Victorian England" published in 2004, and an essay on Luce Irigaray published in 2000.

Fonds consists of manuscripts and research materials pertaining to Jean Murray Cole's biography of Chief Factor Archibald McDonald, entitled Exile in the Wilderness, and her published compilation of Archibald McDonald's letters, entitled This Blessed Wilderness. Also included are extensive research materials on Ranald McDonald (son of Archibald McDonald). Other research relates to Peterborough area settlers including the Strickland family (Catharine Parr Traill and Susanna Moodie), Frances Stewart, and Sandford Fleming. Materials encompass all aspects of research, correspondence with descendants, papers given by Cole, newspaper and magazine articles, maps, and photographs. The fonds also contains Cole's files on "Edwardian Peterborough" (a conference held in May 2005).
