The four albums are covered and decorated in cloth design; three are titled Xi Delta Nu and one is titled Beta Sigma Phi.

Fonds consists of textual materials and photographs, slides, cds and video tapes relating to various Ontario Camping Association member camps, as collected via the Brown Bag Program. Included are samples of letterhead, brochures, camper registration packages, forms, staff manuals, staff training schedules, sample camper file sheets, promotion videos, sample menus, special events and program lists, lists of awards and prizes, and site maps. Also included are death notices for Adele Ebbs (1909-2003), Madelene Allen (?-2003) and John Latimer (1930-2003), and materials relating to the 2002 Salute to Kirk Wipper.

Collection consists of 3 compact disks of speeches given at various Smith-Ennismore Historical Society meetings. One of the CDs is of a speech called "Follow the Dream," about millwright Adam Scott, given by Robert Scott Dunford in September 2003. Another CD is of a speech called "Running a Living Mill," about Tyrone Mills, given by Robert Shafer in March 2004. The third is of a speech called "The Roy Collection of Chemong Park," given by Mary Lavery in May 2004.

Fonds consists of research materials relating to early nineteenth-century Irish immigrants, Thomas Alexander Stewart and Frances Browne Stewart, of Douro Township, County of Peterborough in Ontario. Included in the research materials are photographs (including 3 daguerreotypes), genealogical family charts, and articles and papers relating to Stewart family descendents and other Peterborough settler families. Also included is the personal correspondence of Jean Shearman.

Fonds consists of photocopies of 90 letters written by Mary Williamson home to her parents from summer camp between 1940 and 1951. The camps attended were Camp Cedarnook and Camp Tanamakoon. Also included are camp badges; one group photograph taken at Camp Cedarnook ca.1943; and ca.160
Materials added in 2020: 8 photographs pertaining to Camp Woapak, 1940s. Mary Williamson's brother, J. Peter Williamson, and their mother, Marie Williamson, are identified in a few of the photographs. Further information about the family is available in Just a Larger Family (Waterloo: Wilfrid Laurier U.P., 2011); this book is comprised of the wartime letters of Marie Williamson and was edited by Mary F. Williamson.
