This collection consists of eighteen prize lists from agricultural fairs in Ontario including the Canadian National Exhibition, the Ontario Provincial Winter Fair, the Central Canada Exhibition in Ottawa, the Western Fair in London, Ontario; the Dominion Exposition in Regina, Saskatchewan; the Canadian Industrial Exhibition in Winnipeg, Manitoba; the Central Exhibition in Cobourg, Ontario and various small town agricultural societies lists.

This fonds consists of correspondence and reports relating to the National and Provincial Parks Association of Canada as well as the personal papers of Gavin Henderson. There are records on conservation, Quetico Park, the Niagara area such as the American Falls and information on Banff and Jasper National Parks. Included in the fonds is the thesis of George Warecki entitled "Protecting Ontario's Wilderness: A History of Wilderness Conservation in Ontario." Also included in the fonds are various publications on wilderness, outdoor recreation, conservation and naturalist activities. There are also four scrapbooks which contain clippings regarding conservation, parks and the 1972 winter olympics.

This item is a privately published book inscribed to "my dear friend Mrs. Traill" from "George W. Bridges, Beachly Parsonage June 18, 1862." The book tells of the desertion of Mr. Bridges' wife and the drowning of their daughters in an accident near Jamaica and his efforts to effect a reconciliation.
