Octavo. (24.9 cm x 16.3 cm), pp. [iv], [1]-131; [1]-192 + 2 plates; maps, illustrations, original brown printed paper wraps, title-page reproduced on front cover, sewn binding. Spine gently browned, a few corner creases, else very good copy. The French section contains an article: L'oeuvre manuscrite ou imprimee des Recollets de la Mission du Canada (Province de Saint-Denis), 1615-1629. Par le R.P. Hugolin Lemay. The English section contains, among others: Shell-beads of the Beothuk Indians, by W.J. Wintemberg, The Walpole Indian, by Bert Hudgins, and A New Relic of the Jesuit Mission of 1640-41 in Western Ontario, by Hartley M. Thomas.

This fonds consists of the personal papers of F.M Van Wagner of Montreal, relating to his activities in the Canadian Camping Association from its founding in 1936 to 1965. He was at one time a president of the association. The papers consist of memos, correspondence, minutes, drafts of constitutions, and various materials on other provincial associations on camping standards and other topics.

This umbrella fonds brings together descriptions for 9 accessions of material from the Canadian Camping Association. Please see lower level descriptions for detailed collection descriptions.

This addition to the fonds consists of correspondence, research notes, newspaper clippings, art catalogues, manuscripts relating to Paul Kane; anthropological research, Irish literary personalities, native art, culture and artifacts, cutlery and trade beads. Also included are personal records of Professor Kidd and his career at the Royal Ontario Museum and Trent University .
