Wallis, Katherine E.The fonds consists of two photocopies of drawings of early Peterborough by Edward C. Caddy. The first is a drawing of Conger Hill, 1839-1842, and the second is a drawing of the Courthouse and St. John's Church, 1839.
Caddy, Edward C.The fonds consists of the diaries of Harriet Pengelley (1835-1836), Robert Pengelley (1835), and A.E. Marguerite (Rita) Pengelley (1940-1941); correspondence; sketchbooks (1829-1830); drawings; and photographs. In 1994, an addition was made to the fonds which included a photocopy of a diary of Robert Pengelley (1837-1840) and textual records regarding the Pengelley family. In 2018, an addition of Pengelley family genealogical information was received.
Pengelley familyThis fonds consists of various original and copied records of the business activities of Thomas Hay, and related family data, such as birth-death records, correspondence, drawings (technical and sketches) and photographs. A small genealogical table compiled by the archivist is enclosed.
Thomas Alexander Stewart Hay familyThe fonds consists of a scrapbook relating to Marmaduke Matthew's office as secretary of the Canadian Academy of Arts, from 1878 to 1888; two unpublished manuscripts on Canadian art and artists; two sketchbooks, from 1863 and 1873 to 1874; and a record of pictures, from 1890 to 1908.
This item is a scrapbook containing Victorian magazine clippings, newspaper clippings, receipts from a trip to Europe in 1885, clippings regarding John Miller's student days at Queen's University from 1882 to 1886, concert and theatre programs from Lindsay, Kingston, Peterborough (including ventriloquist and mind reading events), London, England theatre programs and newspaper clippings regarding a murder trial heard in Woodstock, Ontario, 1890.
Miller, JohnThe fonds consists of nine oil paintings, 8 of which are on board and one on canvas material, of sites in the Townships of Burleigh and Otonabee and were painted between 1941 and 1943. Six pictures deal with the Mount Julian/Stoney Lake area, while the other two are pictures of sites at the Village of Keene in Otonabee Township. The last is a picture of a pioneer cabin, in Burleigh Township.

Munro, J.E.R. and Helena V.This fonds consists of letters from F.A. Verner to C.J. Townsend relating to the disposition of his pictures and paintings. From the appearances in these papers, Verner's most-oft-painted subject was the Canadian bison.
Verner, Frederick ArthurThe collection consists of photocopies, originals and typescripts, brought together by Howard Pammett, of newspaper articles and unpublished articles on a variety of subjects such as Mossom Boyd, lumbering in the Kawarthas, Katherine Wallis, Peterborough Canoe Company, Trent Valley Navigation Company, and steamboats on the Trent-Severn system. The newspaper articles are from the "Progress of Peterborough" series by Pammett (Peterborough Examiner, 1950-51). The unpublished articles are "A Survey of Kawartha Lumbering 1815-1965" by Pammett and "The Peterborough Canoe" by Donald Cameron. There is also correspondence of Katherine Wallis, Mossom Boyd, and the Trent Valley Navigation Company.

The correspondence covers such topics as Scott's education at Trinity College School in Port Hope and at the Royal Academy in London, England, his development as and artist, life in England, and World War II. The fonds also contains the family records of Thomas and Mary Medd consisting of emigration and settlement letters, 1819-1919; correspondence to Robert Medd, 1820-1852; and correspondence to and from Sidney Taylor Medd during World War I. Also included are photographs of various members of the Medd family and sketches and sketchbooks of Scott Ackerman Medd.
