This addition to the fonds consists of correspondence (original and third party), news releases, reports and photographs regarding Richard Johnston and his work as New Democratic Party representative in Scarborough West from 1979 to 1990. There are also some papers concerning his work since retiring from politics.

This fonds consists of miscellaneous personal documents relating to Gilbert Monture, including his family tree and a copy of his birth certificate. Also included are various speeches and articles by Monture, correspondence ranging from 1912-1983, newspaper clippings, miscellaneous photographs, materials relating to Pauline Johnson, correspondence and minutes relating to the Canadian Correction Association project "Indians and the Law", and documents regarding an exhibit at the Indian Hall of Fame, Canadian National Exhibition.

This fonds consists of legal documents which are mostly protests against Alexander McIntosh for promissory notes that were not honoured. The protesters are local Peterborough businesses and banks. There are also by-laws and other documents of a legal nature from North Monaghan township including some information on School Sections Nos. 1-4 and a class list for School Section No. 3.

Reynolds concerning a convention at which a few divisions were not represented; and one letter which is a High Court of Justice exhibit and is addressed to a Mr. Clancy from M.F. Smith, Tremont House, Toronto, and discusses Smith's inspection of cases of corn.

This fonds consists of microfiche copies of manuscript diaries written by King covering his university education, entry into the civil service, achievements as Minister of Labour and his election in 1919 as Leader of the Liberal Party, the Liberal victory of 1921 and the King-Byng controversy. The manuscripts are contained in consecutively numbered fiches. Typewritten transcripts of the diaries are included in a second series of microfiches. Also included are various private typewritten diaries relating to international relations and industrial relations. An index accompanies the microfiches. The records in this fonds range from 1893 to 1931.

This addition to the fonds consists of microfiches of manuscript and typescript diaries and microfiches of typed transcriptions of diaries of William Lyon Mackenzie King dated from 1932 to 1949. These are additions to microfiches purchased in 1975.

Trent University people associated with this effort included Professor F.M. Helleiner, Professor Bruce Hodgins, and Jamie Benedickson.

This fonds consists of records relating to the Policy Advisory Committee to Robert Lorne Stanfield of which T.H.B. Symons was a member. Records include correspondence and subject files, policy papers with remarks, notations, notes, background material and clippings and files regarding other political parties and conferences. Also included are records regarding the "Priorities for Canada Conference" held in Niagara Falls, Ontario in 1969.

This fonds consists of speeches by Robert Stanfield, November 20, 1967 to May 17, 1968; National Convention Policies, December 14, 1956; questionnaire and Chairman's Report of the Leadership Convention, 1967 (September); a statement by George Hees prior to the Convention; Montmorency Conference (August 7 - 10, 1967): readings and conference resume; and Progressive Conservative Party Research Department Reports (#'s 3, 6, 9, 10, 12, 16, 18, 34, 39, 41, 44, 52, 54, 56, 58, 59, 69, 84, 85, 96) concerning industrial relations, economic, and political policies.

The fonds consists of a memoir (photocopy, 8 pages) on Sir MacKenzie Bowell (1823-1917) by his private secretary; and an anonymous scrapbook of clippings relating to Canadian Railways, Laurier, Bourassa, Canadian nationalism and annexationism.

The fonds also contain the program and letters of congratulation regarding Gavin's Order of Canada which was conferred in 1993. Records pertaining to the St. Lawrence Islands National Parks and the Thousand Islands Heritage area, early minutes of the Conservation Council of Ontario (1951-1955), brochures published by the Council as well as articles by Gavin Henderson are also included in the fonds.

Most of the material comes from and concerns the Peterborough riding but there is some provincial and federal concerns included in the material.
