Fonds consists of Camp Tanamakoon correspondence, manuals, brochures, photographs, songs, and legal documents. Also included is research material for the book entitled Tanamakoon: Where We Will Never Grow Old by Catherine Ross.

This collection consists of sound and video recordings of Generals with camping personalities undertaken by other camping associates. This artificial collection was accumulated by Trent Archives and includes tape recordings found in other camping accessions. Also included are recordings of conference sessions and cassette tape recordings of sessions, addresses and keynote speeches given at the International Camping Congress held at Toronto, January 1983.

Also included is an audio cassette tape of an interview with William Telford of Smith Township, Ontario, on local recreation history, conducted by Elaine Boothman for Professor John Marsh's geography 334 course in October 1984.

Northway which include: household records, tape recordings regarding family genealogy, property records, records of her participation in the Ontario Camping and Canadian Camping Associations. There are also miscellaneous records concerning the winding-up of the Northway Company Limited of which Dr. Mary Northway was president.

Also included are textual records, photographs, slides, CDs and videos relating to various Ontario Camping Association member camps, including extensive material on the Bark Lake Camp.

Fonds consists of materials pertaining to the Brown Bag Program of the Ontario Camps Association (formerly Ontario Camping Association). Materials include brochures, photographs, staff manuals, registration packages, correspondence, and audio-video CDs and DVDs. This addition to the fonds consists of correspondence, interview tapes and drafts of manuscripts written by Scott Young such as Powerplay: The Memoirs of Hockey Czar Alan Eagleson and The Boys of Saturday Night. The fonds also includes interview tapes of Don Cherry, Ron Harrison, Bill Hewitt, and other hockey coaches, players and team owners. There is also an autographed copy of War on Ice; personal correspondence and greeting cards. We have copied out Scott's famous spaghetti sauce recipe (see note below).

This fonds consists of administrative papers of the Society of Camp Directors and includes minutes, bylaws, and correspondence. Also included are transcripts of interviews with past Society presidents, materials relating to the Society writing awards, and slides of Society members.

Fonds consists of records from the Trent University Athletic Centre, documenting the department's development, its facilities and program offerings, and varsity and intramural sports. Fonds includes records from Paul S.B. Wilson throughout his time as Director (1966-2002). There are also many photographs, scrapbooks, and CD’s containing records about intramural, varsity, and community sports. The sports documented include synchronized swimming, rowing, volleyball, basketball, swimming, hockey, squash, soccer, rugby, curling, field hockey, fencing, cycling, and karate. Also included are Michael Treadwell's correspondence and brochures of various racing sailboats, and material gathered from other universities' athletics programs.

Fonds is comprised of research and manuscript material pertaining to the sports career of William Lloyd (Moon) Wootton. Materials include correspondence, manuscripts, interview tapes with Moon and with local sports personalities, floppy discs, photographs and newspaper clippings. Also included is a copy of Donna Wootton’s book on her father, Moon Remembered: The Life of Lacrosse Goalie Lloyd “Moon” Wootton (The Ginger Press, 2009).

This fonds consists of records, photographs and slides of Windy Pine, private cottage and cabins owned by Dr. Mary Northway and Flora Morrison. They ran girls canoe trips at the camp during the 1940s.
